Theresa NEverything was great from the moment I walked through the door. I was heard my needs were met and even though I was late with picking up my uhaul I was given a courtesy call. I would definitely use this location again and I would also recommend it to others.

Tony KMr Terry came in after hours to accommodate us. We'd reserved a truck a few weeks prior in person from the Mc Arthur Blvd location. We drove in from Dallas to be notified that they didn't have a truck for us. Me Terry was about to rent us two trailers which definitely helped our dilemma. After contacting the 800 number as the counter person on MacArthur informed us so rudely, they did absolutely nothing. So we loaded what we could drive to Dallas. We found a truck available on Monday the 26th in pineville and made the long trip back. Additionally I had to take off work Monday after working overnight Sunday and moving. We didn't have our helpers at this time so it was very difficult. After hundreds of dollars later many miles of driving and hard work out done. Thank God for the bright spot, I realized there are still good people in this world. The uhaul on MacArthur Blvd in Alexandria doesn't have one or the customer service center!

Anissa WI made a reservation on line. I was reserved a truck in several locations that were not in the location I requested. Maggie at Terrys secure storage was very helpful in straightening things out.
Connie RLocation is in an out of the way area. Not open on Saturday AM. The "self check in" app would not recognize my location, no one would answer phones. I left unit, documented location, time and unit condition. Went Monday AM, no-one there at 10AM, did answer phone. Away from office, however unit was checked in. All is well !
Ronald PThis comment is on Uhaul as a company and not the pickup location. This company is horrible. My pickup was moved to the other side of town and as I drove by the original location I could see my size truck in the lot. When I picked up my truck they did have the 2 dozen moving pads I ordered. After going to the main location they determined there were no pads available anywhere. In conversation with the movers they indicated that was not at all unusual for Uhaul. It is truly a shame that there is not more competition in this business.

leah dI feel like they pinned something on me because I didn't have the insurance. When I got the u haul I didn't have anyone to pick me up so I told them that I would be back to get it so when I found someone to bring me back to the U haul there was a ding on the side in which I could open the app up to report any issues because it was to late, I have my lawyer on hand because I've never experience a uhaul place like this ever so unorganized they didn't come out to do a walk with me at all I'm very upset because I own up to any mistakes I make but this on is something that I didn't make and it's not right to do anyone the way they are doing people it's sad to know that you can't even get good service anymore. I don't think I would be using U Haul anymore very bad experience.

Michael SThe info I submitted on line prior to arrival was not enough, more info was requested. Their bathroom was out of order said the agent. The ticket was half way correct not as I had submitted. The agent did not explain the $25 fee for insurance which only covered up to 5k.
