I dropped the trailer off after hours.. I put everything in my phone as directed however the internet kept causing issues... however I was charged extra 20$ for someone to check the equipment in the next morning? I did everything I was told to do... upfront this is the locations job.. don't stick this up charges on your customers! Bad business

I am really angry about being charged twice and your blaming my bank for not releasing the pre auth. There were two pre auths, one for the rental and one for the predicted milage. The pre auth for the milage was dripped today but the rental went trough and then I have another charge for both that went through a day later. I chatted but the person on line couldn't offer an explination as to why this happened and said that it was my bank's fault and that I would have to wait 3-5 days.
