Let them know that there is an additional charge if you don't check the truck in on your phone. If I knew ahead of time, I could have gotten one of my grandkids to help me with it as I am not that techy. The rental was for their move anyway, but getting home late at night, then noticing the message on my phone was intimidating. Other than that, everything was good.MARILYN W.

I dropped the trailer off after hours.. I put everything in my phone as directed however the internet kept causing issues... however I was charged extra 20$ for someone to check the equipment in the next morning? I did everything I was told to do... upfront this is the locations job.. don't stick this up charges on your customers! Bad businessSHERILYN M.

I am really angry about being charged twice and your blaming my bank for not releasing the pre auth. There were two pre auths, one for the rental and one for the predicted milage. The pre auth for the milage was dripped today but the rental went trough and then I have another charge for both that went through a day later. I chatted but the person on line couldn't offer an explination as to why this happened and said that it was my bank's fault and that I would have to wait 3-5 days.Mary S.
