Charged 4 different times and told to use the app over and over. However, the app did not clearly depict what we needed to do as far as return, filling with gas, etc. Lots of hidden fees.

gary sSam who owns the business is an angry man and he was not friendly at all. The equipment was in a poor condition. And the place is very bad and high risk to park or return the trailer. I had a terrible experience and will not use their service again.
David MThe proprietor was so helpful giving me directions to the place. It was close to my son's home, so it was much better for me to pick up here instead of the "city". They were so helpful in helping me set up the equipment and getting the light wiring to work. I was able to return the equipment with no hassle. I definitely recommend this Dealer.

Scott ASam was great. Very responsive and helpful with a last minute trailer rental. I had issues with U-Haul itself saying the equipment wasn't available for a two day rental, but it was. Sam said to just return it when I was done after two days as there were no other reservations. I was charged appropriately in the end and it worked out great.

Theresa HThe person I talked to was rude at this location! I was struggling with the lock to get my key out and he flat out refused to help me when I asked him. He's not professional at all. He's 1 of those Indians with the dot that's all about money and nothing else. I will not rent again because of him. I keep my business to companies that value their customers.

Marvin FEquipment needs to lubed and/or greased on a regular basis. The ratcheting mechanism on my tow dolly hadn't been lubed up in who knows how long and made it very hard to operate. The manger at my pickup location was very friendly and helpful. I will utilize hid location in the future. Mr. Darrell Goss
Darrell GI STILL want to talk with a HUMAN and not have everything so trackable and automated. I LOVE the personal touch and will seek businesses that continue to do this. Sam the Owner was EXCELLENT. Better than ANY COMPUTER.

john mI have no complaints for the owner at Family Corner Uhaul in Youngsville, NC. He was wonderful and far more helpful and kind than even the corporate 800 number, I called for Uhaul. He was attentive, pacient, and very kind.

PA SThe truck we rented broke down, after we hired 3 men to help. We had to pay them the full amount of money for the day, even though we still had to go to the new house to unload. It took us 2 days to unload. We are both disabled but had to get it done. That's why it took us so long. You gave us 1 extra day, but we needed 2.
