Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMobile pick up at this place was very hard to accomplish unable to get the app to download or open up and then could not call out on my phone as I could not get reception at this location. It was very difficult to pick up.
BRIAN IThe owner Sam personally waited on me. I was having some difficulty with on-line procedure. Sam helped me through the rental process and was very patient completing the rental.
Gary GAlthough the website claims there is an onsite attendant, this was false. It is very difficult to feel comfortable about the rental when the only contact is on the phone. The vehicle, although relatively new and clean, displayed a bad tire pressure and the air conditioning was weak at best.
Scott EGreat business! Great location! Great management! Online verification is slow but it works!
