No one was there. Uhaul rep called owner who was out of town and told us to just drop it off. My husband had to help an elderly couple. Terrible!

Tony ORTIZI have never had to unhitch my rental trailer. There was no phone number to call regarding drop off. No sign to let you know where to go to meet up with someone. A very nice person walked out from somewhere and took my information. The location was OK just not a preferred drop off location. There were pot holes and mud puddles making drop off tricky.

julie solisInitially I had selected a different location for pick up. I received an e-mail stating pick was going to be a different location. Also, I had scheduled pick to be at 0800. The new location informed me the earliest I could pick up the rental was 0900. I hired movers and had them standing around for an hour due to this change. I had scheduled pick up weeks in advance to avoid issues the day of. To answer the question on what needs improvement… I would say stick to the reservations.

Dempsey WheelockA month prior the reservation for one way (Truck and auto transport) had been done with a pick-up time if 1pm. I Never received a call the day prior to confirm pick up time. I called the morning of my reservation and was informed my truck won't be available until 5-6pm. Then, the location manager/owner informed he will pick-up truck from another city an hour away but won't be ready until 3pm. I finally picked up the truck at 4:30pm but had to rush and get auto transport from a different location. I had hired some friends for assistance to load truck for the day at 2pm. And we didn't finish until 8pm. Extremely disappointed. I was advised by location owner that he had informed main customer service of the unavailability of truck the day prior. The customer service was to contact me which they never did.

john hornThis location rerouted me once, then again when no one was at the new location. When I finally got to lone star to pickup my uhaul at 9am (my scheduled pick up time) no one was there and it was rescheduled to 10am. They didn't have any of the equipment I requested (dolly and blankets) and they didn't seem to have a solution for it or even care that I needed them

JOSEPH LYONSEmployee was 35 minutes late to agreed upon meeting time for trailer rental which almost caused me to miss my furniture pick-up time in San Antonio. None of the paperwork was prepared prior to arrival either. He had nothing in the way of an explanation or apology for being so tardy. I would recommend another U-Haul location if you value your time.
Justin KohlDisappointing experience here. LOCATION MOVED: Originally reserved at 12:30 at a closer location but reservation was moved to this location, which was quite inconvenient. REP KEPT CHANGING PICKUP TIMES, SHOWED UP LATE: Rep called to tell me not to come between noon & 1pm bc he was at lunch. Said I'd come between 1 & 1:30. We arrived at 1:20 - no one was there. Called at 1:30, he said his wife was on her way. Called again at 1:40, he said she should be there soon. As we were talking, I received a text that my reservation was rescheduled for 2pm. Whaaat?! Was he changing it while we were talking on the phone?! We had a LOT to do in a short amount of time, so these delays were significant. COMPUTER ISSUES, TRUCK WAS DIRTY, ETC: She finally showed up but couldn't get the computer to work for quite a while. The truck was filthy. Windshield & grill were covered in dead bugs; dirty inside too. Also, it felt like steps were skipped (EX: no walkthrough of truck for damage from previous customer). I would not recommend this location. They are WAY too hard to work with!

Francisco SolisHalf the stuff I ordered was not available. It made my move much more difficult no dollies, pads different 8x10 trailer than what I was told. Now I am stuck having to make an extra trip for my stuff that I couldn't fit. Horrible experience this time around.

ROLLY GONZALESHelp move the truck out of the lot, there was toll dollies in back of the truck and in front was a two wheel box cart i had to move things around to be able to drive the truck out, there was no one to help me and when i opened the back door it was all dirty and with stuff from the privious renter.

SCHIRETE ZICKThis location needs to be shut down. It was the worst packing job I have ever seen. The hazardous, random packing performed by Juan Rivera and his helper resulted in approximately $1000 in damages. when contacted Juan refused to accept responsibility for his poor paid performance and refuses contact. Fly by night operation-avoid!

DELRIO DEL RIO POST OFFICETrailer we rented tire ended up popping and almost causing an accident. Inside tires were completely low half way on our trip. Horrible service
