It would be nice to have a unit available within 30 miles instead of having to drive over an hr for pick up on the day of a move.

I made a reservation, I called the day prior to confirm the reservation, the location said that it was not available. Well I made reservation 2 wks ago.??? I had to call Go UHaul and speak to the traffic conductor, Andrea. She said she fixed it and gave us 2 free days. Then she really messed up the order. The place I was supposed to drop it off at, called me, wondering why I hadn't returned it yet. I had to call the traffic cobductor again. This time I spoke ro Sam, this girl was super. She made everything right. But I will have a hard time using this company again.

We never should have been expected as the customer to get replacement equipment. It should have been brought to us by a service provider or u-haul representative. The expectation of the customer to do u-haul job is not acceptable! I will not be happy if a manager doesn't contact me in the next 24 hours

Have the truck when it's been reserved! Don't screw the customer over at my expense. I should have been offered a discount for my troubles!

Easy to deal with, people there are very friendly.

Make sure that they're is better hooks on the security chains to hook to the car being towed. The hooks need to have a sliding snap instead of the rubber holder. If the rubber breaks or falls off there is nothing that will hold the chain together and you could spark a fire along the road.

The battery was dead, they jumped it for me to be able to drive off the lot. It sat for a day before they could get a new battery out to me. They were friendly and worked with me on it, but it was very stressful

Trying to charge me for gas I already put in vechile. The lady at mid city called my brother and really crappy to him on the phone and she was so rude he hung up on her.

Make sure if there loading any vehicles that dont run u offer them a come along or a electric puller to get it loaded

Liars, they dinged my card for another 19,78 for fuel when I spent 51.$ for fuel just like they required. This is a matter of opinion!!!!!! I won't use UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!

Do not charge a full day rental for returning a truck two hours late because of road closures due to bad weather.

The manager was so nice and helpful!!! The availability of equipment was very problematic. We had to drive over 100 miles to get our equipment for the move. It made an already stressful move, so much harder.

The location was not the problem, although the girls who checked me in forgot to put the furniture pads in the truck so I had to do without. The only problem with the location was that it was 90minutes from the where I was supposed to pick it up. The reservations agent, Brittney, gave no apology or reparations for the mix up.

Despite being new to the rental business, the staff tried very hard to make the process a smooth transaction.

This trailer was so dirty inside that it made all of our new boxes packed inside dirty and stained with some kind of grease or deep dirt from the trailer floor. On top of that, the sliding door on this trailer is a real joke and shouldn't be used on such a small trailer. Much better to have the swinging door on these trailers that are 5X8. I have rented several of these in the past and this is the first time that we used one with a sliding door. Shifting loads at all make the door nearly impossible to open.
