The uhaul I rented was full of trash on the inside. I also spoke with Destiny and Jacob and decided I needed to purchase extra miles for my one way trip and they both informed me that if I didn't use all the miles that I would be reimbursed. This ended up not being the being the case and I ended up losing $50.

JACQULINE LThey had me call my wife to verify my identity. My DL and confirmation email was not sufficient. Strange process... Small parking lot. Not conducive to large trucks and trailers.
CHRISTOPHER MThis site had me wait too long. I was 40 minutes late to my movers. They had one person at the location. They had no idea I was coming. Which I think is another cultural issue. If they did know. They should have been ready. Instead when I get there. Someone comes in after me. As a result. I made to wait till that customer's business was done. Then we could not get the straps undone. I had to get on my injured back and figure it out. She was nice enough to give me the parts for my vehicle that ripped off the car transport!

Michael DMy only complaint is that my original pickup location was changed to here where it was not as convenient for me to get to.
James BThe staff in the store in Tulsa were so very friendly and so very professional. They had a very busy location but made everyone feel that they were welcomed and they would help them as quickly as possible. There were two ladies working and one of them was supposed to clock out of her shift but she was so kind to stay and help her colleague get through a few more customers before leaving.

Cristy TAs a 55 year old person with excellent credit, who has rented with U-Haul on multiple occasions, who has always returned equipment in excellent condition, I was extremely disappointed and unimpressed by the fact that the staff forced me to call my sister as a reference. I understand this is a new location and they are learning your process etc. I could possibly understand if I was a young person establishing credit and did not purchase additional insurance coverage. Very disappointed in this regard, otherwise service was excellent at this location.
