The original reservation was at a different location. I lost 2 hours of time driving around in a city I was not familiar with trying to locate this facility. I did not receive any notification of the change in pickup location until the following day. This facility was nice the first facility every day food Mart was not although the clerk eventually was helpful.
MICHAEL RI dropped off after hours. Sort of sketchy area and very dark. Sort of scary and not enough light to take any pictures of the truck. The pictures were requested as part of the drop off but none of my pics showed anything.
LANORA CI dropped off after hours through the app so I did not have any interaction with personnel.
