I have ALWAYS used this location for my Uhaul rentals. I was charged 3 separate fees $5 for a dolly that we didn't use. $5 for “furniture pads�? That we didn't use and a $25 cleaning fee and The uhaul was not left dirty

The truck's cargo light did not work, and I should sue for the "hand truck" I rented! It was bent, old, and should have been free. My husband and I both have knots on our heads due to the hand truck being bent and moving toward us when we tried to set boxes on it to cart to the truck. The actual customer service reps that I spoke to (had to extend the rental) were fabulous and helped so much. I did not tell them about the hand truck.

the truck was completely wet on the inside. All of my boxes and items are now wet. I told them when we returned the truck. He took pictures and noted it in the system. He told me the person who had the truck before, check himself in. I asked didn't anyone from your company inspect the truck before they gave it to us. He said we don't inspect the truck if they do the check in. Totally unacceptable way of doing business.

The place we were to pu was closed. They told us they opened at 8 am. Not true!!! Called constantly asking for help from u haul to no avail! A nice guy helped us get a truck at a different location. He saved our day! Otherwise it was a horrible experience!!!

UHaul was parked in grass and customer cars were parked in front so my husband and one of the employees had to maneaver it around so we could back up to hitch to it. Also it had rained and our sneakers got soaked stepping in puddles in the grassy area .

My location was changed which was an inconvenience to me and my family. We had to be out of the rental by 10 a.m. and this location didn't open until 9 a.m. I originally chose a location that opened at 7 a.m. very disappointed. Had to rush getting out and it delayed my return home.
