Disappointed that uHaul does not give a discount for our AAA nor AARP cards could not get a discount. The agent at the return location was very nice and even ask if we had any problems. My husband told them about the wiper blades needing to be replaced because they would not clean the windshield efficiently only streaked. Nice truck, easy to drive. Bad on gasoline. Only 7-8 miles a gallon. Yuck. My old van gets 16-18 mpg.

my buddy who is driving the RV for me pulled into the parking lot towards the other U-Haul trucks. We had no idea where to park for a moment while I ran inside to find out. The woman in the limousine shop next-door came out and was extremely rude to my friend. Doesn't really reflect on U-Haul or the location but I guess just be careful where you pull in or you'll probably get screamed at.

Honor competition rates fully NOT partially. Budget coupon was 14.99 rate at .40 cents per mile....I was told he CAN match rate...But when checked out Noticed WAS CHARGED 69 cents per mile Not .40.! Very Disappointed.

Just make sure trucks are in better condition on inside. 2nd time renting a truck and sun visors hanging with no holders.

The truck was in Horrible condition! Interior had broke off sun visor holder on the floor I put it on to stop visor from hanging in my view. THE SUSPENSION WAS IN VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION. THIS TRUCK had bad front shocks and end links rattled as if they were broken to! Rear of truck bounced Making truck swerve sideways on trip many times. Steering swayed uncontrollably after hitting bumps in road. I told person at desk to Not Rent This Truck it is UNSAFE!. me and my wife were scared and dissatisfied. Rented many uhaul trucks in past. I'm not sure that it's a reflection on the agency as on the equipment, the auto transport I rented appears worn with tires and wheels on one side sloppily painted black while wheels on other side looked better and were white. There was a broken part of some ad ort at the tongue. Equipment was very functional and worked well without incident.

After renting from the Mini Storage Center twice in the last month, I will never rent from any other facility again!! These people are amazing!! They are friendly and quick to crack a joke! I could sit and chat with them all day! Best Uhaul people I have ever dealt with by far!!

The uhaul did not have cruise control. I'm not sure why a truck for uhaul would not have cruise control when the entire point of the truck is to move people.

Had a reservation about a month in advance for a 15' truck, got to the store and they didn't have it. They called around to find me one at a different location and supposedly found one and sent me to this location. Once I got here they didn't have one for me either. It made moving more stressful than it already is and I was running around town and it set me back a couple hours. This rating is for the experience as a whole, the staff members were friendly and tried to help the best they could it just wasn't very organized.
