I arrived at the location @730 am to pick up my rental as well as two furniture movers, an appliance dolly, and a regular dolly. None of this equipment was in the renal upon arrival. I was informed that I could return at 9 am to pick up the equipment at no charge as my account would be credited. Also the truck had trash left in in from the day before. All of this was documented. Upon return of my rental, my final bill still reflected all charges and now I can't get anyone to refund what was promised to be refunded.

Sam SAC repeatedly went out and blew hot air for extended periods of time no matter the chosen ac/fan contol settings. I have not been contacted regarding my requested refund.

Bryan BOriginally reservation did not leave keys to use truck. Had to change locations day of and paid for a dolly that I paid for and was charged for. Checking in and out was the biggest hassle and the app would barely take the photos and load when we weren't locked out. I won't be using them again

John SThis is our 2nd uhaul order in less than a month and your check on 24/7 never runs smooth..no one told us about deposit if we used a prepay card and the info is never set up right it always takes atleast 45 min to get through all the things you have to do and we have taken our truck back 2 days early still don't have my deposit back (100) or the extra money for returning early we paid 495 and only had the truck overnight. We are still waiting on our money..I won't use yhaul again if you don't make this right.
Shawnee LVery friendly staff. We arrived for pickup after the shop had closed. They saw us trying to checkin using our phone. They came outside and told us they were still there and to come on in, assuring us it would be quicker. It was!

BRENDON DThe vehicle was not real clean inside and the oil service light was on. However, the gentleman who helped me told me about that before my use. He was friendly and helpful. I had quick pick up and return time. The van I rented was comfortable and nice driving. I did not have any vehicle problems. I would go to this location again when I need to rent a vehicle.
Roger SOwners were very helpful in getting trailer ready and hooked up! Paperwork side was quick and easy.
Henry CMy rental was scheduled for 8:00 am. I showed up on time but nobody was there and the doors were locked. The posted hours on the door stated that they opened at 9:00 am, so obviously, there is a misunderstanding between the Rim Shop and Uhaul. I went back home and returned at 9:00, one hour later than planned and picked up the trailer. When I got home, I opened the trailer and found some debris and a wooden palette inside. I had to dispose of the palette and sweep out the trailer before I could use it. The folks at the rim shop were pleasant, but the time discrepancy and the uncleaned trailer were disappointing.
Craig OI did not enjoy the u-haul. It did not run properly and it was evident it had not been maintained. This coming from a fleet maintenance director from a moving company. It was very annoying to get 3 MPG UNLOADED! It cost over 145 dollars to go 210 miles. This due to the failing transmission, lack of engine power, and obvious lack of preventative maintenance. It just sucks to have those issues passed on to your customers pockets.

Derrick GThe owners are really really nice with Great Customers Service. The van smelled terrible it had a odor of hogs in it. I took it cause it was the only one they had but I had to mop it and spray it down cause I kept throwing up cause it smelled so bad. After getting on the road driving it , it kept flashing time for a oil change I was like wow frfr. It was ruff but I manage to do what I had to do.

Becky HThe van was in good working order fortunately, but the 2 front seats were covered in white cat hair and the floor was covered with beach sand. The entire back of the van was covered in beach sand that was pressed in so deeply that we couldn't "blow" it out. We used a beach towel on the driver's seat and a blanket on the floor of the cargo section to protect our clothing and our stuff. Not at all a good experience.

ADOLPH GMake sure accessories paid for (furniture pads) are actually in vehicle. Did not have any in truck but still had to pay for them

Joey RAbsolutely nothing. The owners of the Rim Shop were wonderful….extremely nice and made the process so easy. I will most definitely return to that location for my rental needs and will recommend that location to anyone I know that needs a UHaul. Thank you so much!

ELSIE MHad an appt at 9:30am, arrived at 9:20, however only person to help me felt that to continued changing tires in the shop was more important than my appt. I had to wait until 10:00 for jim to assist me, made me feel his business does not respect the good name of u-haul, I felt as a 2nd class customer. I also wanted 3 dozen blankets, I was given only 2 and yet at least 6 he put back in the storage room, he could have given me 2 1/2 dozen. I would never recommend this place to anyone and U-Haul should reconsider your goid name inside this location. While standing in there so long, I did learn a small bit about rims and inability to get then based on shipping issues, however I do believe I would trade that for just mskimg my appt when I know he could have done that. He did walk out at 9:45 and was informed I was waiting for U-Haul pickup, however he just went back out to the shop and continued changing tires...not a great experience at all.

Michael WClean the vehicle, interior was covered in ash and found evidence of marijuana along with trash in the cab. Brakes needed service, squeaked when brakes applied and had a exhaust leak.
