They are always extremely helpful at this location. I will always use them for all my uhaul needs. Best one in sherman by far.....

Taylor WThe young man helping at the little office was kind and efficient but upon inspection of my rented car transport trailer one of the four tires was completely flat. He had to go get a small cigarette lighter powered air compressor and air it up. Took the little compressor quite a while to air the tire up to 60 psi. All equipment should be checked prior to being returned to service. The trailer performed well as always with these car transports, just need a good going over prior to customers showing up. This was a planned and booked rental which I did the prior day via phone.

Richard PThe location was not equipped well. They don't carry U-Haul supplies and were not able to rent us the furniture pads we ordered with the trailer online. They didn't have an adaptor, so I had to drive with the trailer to find a harness adapter. I wasn't able to confirm the condition of the trailer before I left. I found out later that the lights didn't work.

bobby rI showed up during office hours to pick up my truck. No one was at the site. There was a phone number on the window to call but no one answered or return call. I contacted U-Haul and they got me in my truck but there was no dolly that I ordered. I had to go to another U-Haul facility to retrieve a dolly which made me go over on miles!
Steven GFix your computer system, the drop off locations owner is a very kind old man who does not want to be uhaul drop off location. He had his son tell you guys to stop but I was still sent to drop the truck off here. Took an hour to turn it in because he had to call your people for help and they weren't helpful at all.

Billy DMrs Lisa was very professional, friendly and nice. In fact, she is the very first person to ever been nice to me since I have been renting uhall services. The made me feel important. She ask about my trip, my experience, if I had any problem with the truck and offer me cold water since I came from a long trip. It is like she could read my mind, I was so thirsty. Uhall need people like Lisa. She have a great costumer service skills. I hope others will learn from her.

MIKE KMr. Dan is a dedicated 91 year old gentlemen who owns this U-Haul location. He provided the best customer service I have received in many years. I noticed a sign he has posted in his office; "U-Haul top one hundred". I realize the sign isbusiness driven. If there's anyway U-Haul can personally commend Mr. Dan he more than deserves the recognition. He rises 7 days a week to open the gates and welcome his customers. Furthermore, Mr. Dan is a WWII veteran who served in Hiroshima! Please find a way to honor Mr. Dan as a distinguished member of U-Haul and our community.
