It took a while to pick up the 5 x 8 covered trailer, but most of the lost time was my fault. After a bit of waiting on the computer to do its thing I was thinking, "This should be quicker, why am I having to wait?". Then, whatever the computer holdup was, it went away and off we went to hook up the trailer - when I realized I hadn't taken the the cover off my truck's receiver, or retrieved the hitch from its compartment, or installed that hitch, so now I'm thinking, "He's wondering why I waited until now to prep my truck to tow." But he never complained, so neither can I. We got hooked up, lights tested, smoothly and professionally. The trailer was well-used, but sound, absolutely spotless and worked perfectly. If I ever need a trailer in Sherman, TX, again, I'll get it at The Spare Room.
Robert TI got ripped off, I was told I could pick up and drop off truck after hours, so I just used the truck for 12 hrs and I was going to drop off truck and hoping I would get a better deal for taking it back early but when I got there the gate was locked so I added another 20 miles for no reason and still got charged and the customer service sucked, I told him about the situation and he said I could’ve just left it in an open field and I wasn’t going to do that without anyone telling me I could and he told me he could have explained it to me but he didn’t so I ended up paying way more than I thought I was going to, this is the worse U-Haul experience and I will not be returning again
