Rented a Utiliry Trailer which is an open space not covered. Returned after hours so there was no personnel. However received a $27 charge for cleaning fee on my credit card. Trailer was clean was just some snow in it. I can't prevent snow and weather. I frequently rent trailers from Uhaul and never had an issue until now. I usually go to the one on Military Rd though, maybe they've heard of rain and snow!

I was charged for "cleaning fees" and after hours. No where did it say that would happen! The van stunk and had pet hair everywhere on the seats prior to me using it. I reported the issue but somehow I had to pay a fee? Doesn't seem right. The van wasn't dirty from me

The service was excellent however the equipment was not well suited to the purpose the tow dolly that I rented was too small for the car that I needed to tow we made it work but it was obvious that we needed a larger size tow dolly which was supposed to be determined by the make and model of the car but apparently their Figures were incorrect

A bigger Uhaul sign to see the location from the road would help prepare drivers to locate the facility. Possibly a lite sign would be very attractive.

When I booked the truck through Amy at central Scheduling the day before I picked it up I was ensured that I would get a 20’ truck with 12,000 miles on it. I could have picked a truck up at a closer location that had 100,000 miles on it but I opted to drive further to get the newer truck with 12,000 miles. When I showed up to pick up the truck they told me that they had sent it back out that morning. I asked why they would send it out when I was guaranteed the truck from scheduling and he said that they just send them out without any guarantees from Scheduling. What good is it going through Scheduling with a guarantee if the independent dealers are going to do their own thing. The independent dealer immediately copped an attitude when I questioned why he sent out my guaranteed truck. I ultimately took the only other truck that he had which had 32,000 miles, which ran fine. But I still feel the guaranteed truck should have been kept & honored.

While the Service at the 6680 Lincoln Ave Lockport, NY store was excellent. UHaul corporate was completely unacceptable. When I attempted to make a reservation online it allowed me to go through the entire reservation process for a 10: truck but would not let me check out without any explanation. It was only after I called the 800 number did I find out the reason I could not check out was there were no trucks that size available. One would think if a size truck was unavailable the option would not be given. I was able to make a reservation at for a 15" truck at Dayferts Truck & Auto Repair at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival Dayferts staff (very courteous and helpful) stated they did not have any trucks available and I had to go to 6680 Lincoln Ave to get the truck. I called the 800 number to see if I could get some kind of reimbursement for the inconvenience and time lost due to them sending me to a store that did not have a truck, Uhaul could not. The service I received dat 6680 Lincoln Ave was wonderful. Uhaul corporate needs to fix there customer service issues and I personally will not deal with Uhaul again until these issues are resolved.

First I was charge an additional $57.00 for an extra day when I was told I could return it anytime on Sunday because they are closed. Next my daughter left her purse in the truck, the Uhaul employee did call to tell us, but when she went to pick it up your employee asked if it was "the purse will all the condoms". This was incredibly unprofessional and offensive to say to a customer. Very dissatisfied with the truck and how your employee conducted himself.
