Customer service was excellent. The location could use some form of digital communication enhancement. The location is in a cell dead zone and the facility is in a metal building. Customer interface with digital resources are very poor.

Hayley ErtelI rented my van from Kelsey at the Lockport storage mall. She was absolutely fabulous! She was welcoming, friendly and clear on my rental purchase. She made her office festive for the holidays so it felt like Christmas walking it. I would recommend Kelsey's location to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. I will be a returning customer.

rick camronThe website and process to rent and return a vehicle is way too time consuming. After moving all day , I had to sit in the parking lot for 25 min to upload pictures . That never worked. The location itself was fine. But due to the website and 1 unhelpful Custer service rep . I don't think I'll use uhaul again.

Lindsey GroffenbergThe facility was great and so was their service. However I checked in on line because I needed the truck before they opened. That experience was terrible. The app wouldn't allow me to check in even though I previously entered all my required information. It took over 45 minutes and a call to the service center in order to get my truck out. Incredibly frustrating and delaying me by an hour.
Kenneth KurbsThe only issue was that the system was extremely slow without Wi-Fi. Pick up and drop off took at least 30 - 40 minutes each. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Merci.

Gary ParrittThe woman working refused to check us in because it was "to close to closing" and it would take too long to check us in. She told us to download the app and do it ourselves. We had a horrible experience with the app not loading and it took us over an hour to check in and pick up the uhaul ourselves. We also had troubles with returning it using the app as well. We would have had a better experience if she took the time she had left in her shift to check us in instead of refusing to help and just sitting at the desk for the remainder of her shift.

Howard SaccamanoKelsey, Kelsey, Kelsey! Wow! Impressive with her knowledge, humor, determination, understanding, and helpfulness. She maneuvered the truck safely for me and inspected it thoroughly before I left and returned. I'm suggesting more safety features for her since she's alone even through she's strong, she's human. In dealing with difficult customers / strangers, one is never 100 % sure if there's weapons, drugs, psychos, etc. from those even walking in off the street. Pleas keep her safe as she keeps the storage area safe for us! Sincerely, Kathy

Randi Snyder1st all it would be nice if yall make sure the truck is not already having trouble Windshield wiper broke off in a snow Storm .we lost everything on the dash didn't know what speed we was going in a snow Storm had to open the window just to be able to see cause of the windshield braking off and tell your people at the desk to be honest about the truck she really wanted to get this one out her parking lot she said to me and three other people that was with me I'm am very very unhappy with this truck and never will use this location again

Adam DeMonicocell service was horrible trying to get the reservation stuff done online. Truck was not cleaned very well. Fuel was left at a quarter tank but that could be how theyre doing stuff now. Overall not a horrible experience, just a little more work than i expected now that we live in times where technology is supposed to make our lives easier. Next rental i may end up just going in person to do it

Jeffery SmithThe drop off location was not the problem, it was your information at U-Haul when I rented it that created the problem. I picked that location because it said it was open until 7 but it closed at 4. Fortunately, we didn't need to return it until next day but would have liked to have done it earlier. Also, we informed representative of the messy inside and she told us it was probably due for a cleaning. Thanks for giving us a trailer due to be cleaned when there were other choices sitting on the lot.
Randall ShoopClosing at 4 us unacceptable foe a business the online check in was ridiculous and I had to redo the dame things 3x. There was no appliance dolly in the truck as ordered and paid for. The location at Fort Drum is bit only open weekends but till 7pm. Way better customer service.

Richard ChadwickStop false advertising that trucks are available at time of reserving and then day before picking up truck Uhaul calls and says there are no trucks your size and not at location you requested. Granted I was given a bigger truck at same price, I probably spent more in gas hauling a bigger truck and had to pick up the truck 45 mins away from my location. More gas money wasted.

Tom KutnyakThis vehicle was disgusting and dirty. The windows were filthy. It smelled like old food and cigarettes. There was no windshield washer in the vehicle. The person renting the vehicle showed up at 8:59 for a 9:00 appointment. I will never rent from uhaul again. I even chatted with someone who said they would get back to me and no one did.

Anthony IntroneVery upset that less then 24 hours before my rental you called and told me my rental wasn't available at my preferred location and instead expected me to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up. I should have been told when I made the reservation that it probably wouldn't work.
Daniel HaseleyI confirmed a 9am pickup with an agent at the local Storage Mall Lockport. When I received a separate confirmation call from u-haul corporate, it was for noon pickup. I called back to the local Storage Mall Lockport and spoke to the same agent and he confirmed a 9am appointment. I requested either a 17' truck or a 20'. When I arrived to pick up, I was told I was 3 hours early and so therefore the truck I requested was not available. But he could give me a 15'. I asked for a discount since I confirmed 2x with the same individual a 9am appointment and a larger truck. The agent talked in circles about the 15' truck costs less so that is the discount. Plus he would give me a $20 discount for the fuel level not being at least 1/4 tank. Except I had to make extra trips, because of a smaller truck, had to spend $45 in fuel, and ultimately extend my rental for an additional day. All of which cost me extra. The agent at the Storage Mall Lockport, when I picked up, and when I dropped off, informed a $0,79 milage rate. I was billed $0.99. I was told to sweep out and fold blankets to avoid a $25 cleanup fee. It was not swept out when I picked up, by any means. I did ensure it was thoroughly swept out and all blankets folded neatly and that there was over 1/4 tank of fuel. Overall, while the truck was flawless, no malfunction or issue, I'm still very disappointed with so many issues. Both in the incorrect time /truck size /condition of the box van interior upon pickup /incorrect mileage rate and ultimately additional expense incurred by me as a result.
