Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo personnel were available, door locked. I had questions, but just had to read signs on the door and cross my fingers that who ever eventually showed up would process my account. I was charged more for the gas shortage than I expected, but the amount was debited from my card on file.
Darlene BThis location is known to not have cellular service making pickup and dropoff a nightmare!
Brandi TI wasn’t able to link U-Haul for an earlier pick up, the location doesn’t open til 9. My pick up was 8. The truck was ready to go and the desk associate was thorough and professional
Sean ALocation was not open it was supposed to be when we arrived at 9 AM to pickup our truck. We waited 10-15 minutes and finally called. The person on the phone was helpful in getting us the key from a key box but we lost 30-45 minutes between waiting and calling to get to the right person. It put us behind in our moving plans for the day. The truck only had a half tank of gas so also had to gas before our trip. More lost time. Have always had a full tank on another rental.
