The staff was great. Extremely helpful. But when my help for inside they said it was very dirty. Not sales fault. But yes I would use again.

When I made the reservation, only two drop off locations were available on line for selection. Both were way across town, but there was a uhaul location right by my house that wasn't available to select. As I came into town, I called several locations in an effort to change the drop off location. Whenever I was able to reach a live person, which was rare, they would try to connect me to a person who could make the change but automated system kept hanging up on me after about five minutes. I d that multiple times. After about two hours, I finally got hold of someone who made the change for me. In summary. 1. Make all drop off locations viewable and selectable on line at time reservation is made. 2. Fix your automated phone system, have enough personnel to answer it, and get them to actually answer it. I had peace of mind knowing my valuables were in good hands. Miss Deja was also very pleasant. She has a calm sweet personality and she helped whenever need. I would choose this storage again for all my moving needs.

I used this facility for almost 10 years and never had an issue. The staff was always exceptional (Daysha rocks!) and the facility was convenient to get in and out of during open hours and after hours in the most secure way possible. I am a woman and went by myself on several occasions even after hours and never felt uneasy because of there security measures. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will certainly use them again if I have any storage needs.

The location was conveniently located but closed when I dropped off the truck. Parking lot was clean. Drop off procedure was easy.

The only thing , if a vehicle says no smoking it should be no smoking!!!!! Had a Smoky smell.

No U-Haul representatives were there as it was a Sunday. The return App was very helpful and an easy process.

The mobile app did not work for me at all. There was previous damage to the truck that wasn't noticed by the worker giving the keys to the truck.

Rented this truck due to a bedroom set I needed picked up due to rain I wasn't able to use my trailer however the truck had a leak somewhere and my furniture still got wet. Would appreciate a credit

I did not get the location near me. I did not get a serviced vehicle. It did not have enough gas to get me to my location.

The mobile check in was odd but the overall experience was great and simple after calling customer service to walk us threw the steps Worked perfect for the time that we needed and with the situation with the virus So all was a great experience Thank you u-haul

Personnel should be friendly. This lady didn't want to take the u-haul at this location. This job requires a person that will get up, not just sit down all day. People want their refund and she have them waiting until she gets ready to do her job.

Teach your workers how to have more respect to customers an not give them what they want to give but give what we want since we're payin for it an plus that fat ass white woman that works there needs to have more respect for people an she got flees in her office An she's very fuckin rude to people her attitude is filthy an she the big white woman/man I don't but she gave me a rusty ass trailer

For pick up and drop off I had several issues with the app. I was unable to go during store hours which is why I chose Uhaul because of the app and 24/7 option. With full service, the app would disconnect, delete data, not enable editing, and be unclear whether data (i.e. photos and information) was saved correctly or at all. For lock instructions it stated to return lock behind trash can in front of store, however, walking the entire opened property, there was no dumpster/trash so the lock remained with the vehicle to the drop off location.

Try have mobile app available for android users. And also the time it takes to finally get on the road after your pick up time is ridiculous. My pick-up was at 8 am- finally drove off the lot at 9:30am.????

The place was closed but I did speak with a man on the phone is was very helpful and very professional. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Had chips and stuff on the seats but overall okay. I cannot fault the storage place as it was not their fault it was the person who last used the truck.

I did contact this location about stuff left inside of trailer and dirt we had to clean. She told me to throw it away or bring it to her to throw out. I wasn't pleased with that response to say the least.

The lady except in the U-Haul was very nice and she understood my frustrations about the air condition not working. She told me exactly what to do to file a complaint. She said there was nothing they could do at their office to give me any kind of refund on the truck for the air conditioner not working. She did check out the truck from top to bottom there was no damage on it and she did check out the air conditioner and it was not working!if U-Haul does not take care of this issue and give me some sort of credit for having to drive in 96-degree weather plus humidity I will never rent from U-Haul again!
