Try have mobile app available for android users. And also the time it takes to finally get on the road after your pick up time is ridiculous. My pick-up was at 8 am- finally drove off the lot at 9:30am.????

The place was closed but I did speak with a man on the phone is was very helpful and very professional. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Had chips and stuff on the seats but overall okay. I cannot fault the storage place as it was not their fault it was the person who last used the truck.

I did contact this location about stuff left inside of trailer and dirt we had to clean. She told me to throw it away or bring it to her to throw out. I wasnâ€™t pleased with that response to say the least.

The lady except in the U-Haul was very nice and she understood my frustrations about the air condition not working. She told me exactly what to do to file a complaint. She said there was nothing they could do at their office to give me any kind of refund on the truck for the air conditioner not working. She did check out the truck from top to bottom there was no damage on it and she did check out the air conditioner and it was not working!if U-Haul does not take care of this issue and give me some sort of credit for having to drive in 96-degree weather plus humidity I will never rent from U-Haul again!

It was not her fault. I was sent to pick up a truck at 3700 ambassador Caffery store and made reservation then had to drive to carencro when I am moving from Eunice to br. Had to put air in truck tire when gauge prompting as soon as I picked up truck and tire was low but lady states it was okay it would be fine. Could not turn air conditioner off but was broken or missing

Worker didn't cross or twist chains during install onto vehicle which later led to dragging chains that broke during the trip.

Daisha the office manager is rude and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. The day I received my uhaul confirmation text to call and confirm I was told " well we dont confirm till the afternoon. Now this was around 10 am. After another uhaul location confirming my reservation she called within 10 mins to confirm my reservation. She needs to be trained on customer service. As a training manager in the retail industry I would not allow the way she interacts with customers in any of my stores. No wonder they were only location with available trucks

I would recommend that the agent walk around the vehicle with the customer, or advise the customer to do so, and then report back any scratches, etc, on the vehicle. There was a significant crack in the windshield that neither I nor the agent at the pickup office made a note of. The Drop Off Agent had to call the Pickup Agent to confirm we were not responsible for that crack. A few emails were sent to me clearing this up. This back and forth communication could have been avoided for everyone if a physical review had been completed. Thanks -

The agent decided to close the facility at noon, when in fact it was supposed to be open until 5:00 PM. I had to call and ask what I needed to do with the trailer.

Called in at 8am and asked if I could come pick up the truck a little early, maybe just an hour early. The lady was immediately short and said, "you can pick it up at the time it was reserved. The truck was just dropped off and we have to clean it." I asked how long that takes, and she said, "you can pick it up at the time you reserved it." Terrible service. Then when I arrived, we had 15-20 minutes of paperwork that could have been done earlier.. Then I get in the truck and it's disgusting! Not cleaned. This lady was lazy and rude. So I couldn't pick it up 2 hours earlier when I called in, and got a nasty truck. Won't be using UHaul again.

1. My reserved truck was not available so I was given a larger truck. Other small trucks were available but I was told they were reserved. So whose reservation is more important? I spent more $ on gas with the larger truck. I had 2 panic attacks about driving it. I almost cancelled bc of the larger truck. It was such a bad experience that I will NEVER use UHaul again. 2. My reservation was for 10 am. I was not given a truck until 430 pm. My movers did not wait. I delayed my move 2 days due to this. As a result I had to pay 2 extra days for my truck. All UHaul offered me was extra miles. 3. I tried calling customer service several times during my experience. I was on hold over an hour total. There was no option to have the company call me back. 4. The web site FAQs direct people to contact the drop off location to add extra rental days. I tried. The drop off location said I had to call the originating location. I called them. They said I had to call customer service. Once again I was on hold with them for 20 minutes 3 different calls. I gave up.

I think you don't care about the customer you just want your money . I had reserved for four days then five hours before pick up you tell me to go 100 miles to pic up . Found smaller 25 miles away to pick up then charge me four dollars for extra mileage haul will never happen again for me

U-Haul sent me to Opelousas first. They could not rent the truck because the man that did that wasnâ€™t there. My suggestion is make sure when you send someone to get a truck that that location can rent the truck. The lady at carencro location was great.

I actually had to drive their vehicle to this location in order to pick up a truck that was safe enough to drive the 1300 miles to Maryland. Our Drop off location was not here. She provided what we needed. U-Haul, you have some work to do.

Lady behind the desk was not helpful in assisting me removing the equipment off my truck. I'm a disabled vet with extreme back issues. Location was convenient.
