truck was dirty
Cornelio DVehicle is very hard on gas for the amount of driving I did. 50km I had to pay $37 to fill it back up. Very expensive
Jane EVehicle was parked at the back of the store. Very tight and narrow. Massive pothole in the middle of the path so potential for tire bursting and vehicle damage through no fault of renter. In addition, I was giving misinformation that vehicle could be returned to any location but clearly was not the case when I went to do this at a different location. Extremely stressful for something that shouldn't have been.

Shravan TTruck was not in good condition mechanically. It was not stopping even when braked, engine was pushing me forward and I had to put gear in parking mode on main road so that I won't hit the car infront of me. Staff at shop is very friendly and helpful.

Colleen CSketchy operation. Goes in the back with you license and doesn't tell you what they are doing. Truck was filthy and in a back alley. Motor oil in the back now on my granddaughters things. Absolutely the most horrid place

Amos SApp said truck share would be available for 730 am when I reserved it. Arrived at 630 and it said I wouldn't be able to take it till 10 am. At 10 am I opened the van and there wasn't a dollie that I requested. Travelled to the nearest U-Haul location. They didn't have any dollies. Told me to try a different location. By 10:45 am, I was very behind schedule and couldn't try a different location. Van was dirty but didn't care because I had to get started and finish my moving process by 12 pm.

Rajesh BThe agents at this location do not listen, one is arrogant and I think it had to do with language barrier. I rented a cargo van for one day the charged two days even though the van was returned on time. They charged me for coverage which I did not consent to and when I complained they told they cannot fix it and referred me to customer service. This dispute is still pending resolution.
amos sAs this location is placed within a grocery store, it took us an hour to get our rental truck as the employee checking us in was also the only employee working the counter at the grocery store. We also were sent to a different location to pick up an extra piece of moving equipment that we had rented.

rebecca bThe truck was clean at the back but the cab was not clean. Check engine light was on. it pulled to the left while driving. Service counter was odd, had to go to the back of a store with only one employee. check back in did not work in terms of photo upload etc... and I had to do this on my own which seemed odd to me. Location setter didn't work, asked counter person for support he was frustrated (not rude though). Not a good experience.

Zane SWhen I tried to drop the truck after hours the guys at thousand spices were nt cooperative, they did nt want me to drop the truck and keys even my drop off location was mentioned on the contract paper

Gagandeep SWas told at 9pm by customer service my van wasn't avaliable and i would have to return at 10am the next day. Then the next morning It took 45 minutes to pick up. The next morning I was also told the van was booked for self pick up, even though the website told me it was scheduled for hand delivery. When I asked why the customer service told me it was unavailable instead of a self pick up I was told "it's not our responsibility to educate the customer". Absolutely ridiculously bad experience.

kamaljit SUnfortunately the person working there (while very nice) had no idea what to do and the owner/manager took quite a while to answer the phone. (Or there were multiple people who had to be called. But once the manager was reached, it was a simple enough process to check in. I was a half hour waiting for the truck though. Once I got the truck it was clean, which was nice, but it didn't run super well: it struggled to reach road speeds, which to be fair, was less of an issue since it was snowing and I was going to be going slowly anyway. Bringing the truck back was super simple though.
Jessalyn KI went there and the person working in the shop said I dont deal with Uhaul. So he kept making calls but noone was picking up. I was supposed to pick it up at 10, i ended up there till 11:00 am. I was so frustrated because i have 3 people waiting at my place that i am paying them 60 dollar an hour to help me move. The fuel was so slow, lil under 1/8 of the tank, so I had to go fill it up before using it which is also costed me more money as people waiting at my place. My friends and I always used Uhaul but after this experience, I doubt i am ever coming back again

Shahid SThis location is in the middle of a strip mall and there didn't seem to be a good place to park the vehicle for drop-off. The U-Haul sign in the store window was very difficult to see, so we weren't even sure we were in the right place. The people were great - clearly new to the U-Haul experience, but they did their best to make the process as painless as possible. It's just not a good location to drop off a large truck.
