Rajesh B.The agents at this location do not listen, one is arrogant and I think it had to do with language barrier. I rented a cargo van for one day the charged two days even though the van was returned on time. They charged me for coverage which I did not consent to and when I complained they told they cannot fix it and referred me to customer service. This dispute is still pending resolution.
amos S.As this location is placed within a grocery store, it took us an hour to get our rental truck as the employee checking us in was also the only employee working the counter at the grocery store. We also were sent to a different location to pick up an extra piece of moving equipment that we had rented.
