Make sure that the check engine light isn't on. It had a bad order in the truck that I couldn't get rid of.

They need a restroom for customers
WILLIAM FCall to verify the 5x9 trailer had the notch out in the front in order to accommodate a motorcycle whoever I was speaking with did not understand English well enough to answer my question they did send me a link to a video of the trailer that did have the notch out in the front when I picked up the trailer it had no notch in the front so after picking up the trailer I had to go back home and rig up a wheel chock and order to pick up the motorcycle I was going to get Right side tire had very little tread on it but it did not blow out so I really can't complain Had a hard time removing the PIN from the left side of the tailgate to let it down

Kenneth COur estimated total was ~$94 for a 24 hour rental which included the price for 25 miles. It took longer than anticipated to move and we had the truck for 4 extra hours. Because of this extra 4 hours, the price DOUBLED making the charge now $182,15!! I expected to pay for the 5 extra miles and the 4 extra hours BUT to double the payment. Ridiculous!!

Connor JThe person was extremely rude, was not going to take the trailer even though we had this as our return location. The representative was very argumentative and said if we left the trailer he would report it as stolen. After making us stand there for a while so he could wait on other customers finally said he would take the trailer. No, I would not recommend this place & they should not be listed as a pickup/drop off location. Poor representation for uhaul.

roy BMy equipment became disabled U-Haul knew I could not use it but they continue to charge me. I spent 14 hours on the side of the road before being rescued. U-Haul is a disaster!
Devon CLocation is too small and lots of mud. Trailer had straw in it and parked in the mud. Attendant did not assist with attaching trailer to my truck either. Will not use this location again

GARY FContact phone number did not work. Bars on the doors and windows. Parking lot was full of pot holes and standing water. Had to wait while another vehicle was moved to back trailer into an open spot. Had to assist in lifting the heavy trailer tongue to unhook the trailer from tow vehicle. No type of verbal acknowledgement or written receipt when finished with the rental.

james TYou charged us for gas at 6 a gallon and I returned the vehicle with the gas I used. Check mileage vs gage and see...this is the second time I have rented from Uhaul and the same gimmick...STOP ROBBINS YOUR CUSTOMERS...SNAKES... GARY WITHERSPOON... BY THE WAY, I WOULD RECOMMEND A FRIEND WHO HAS NO OTHER MEANS BUT I WOULD CAUTION THEM TO WATCH FOR GAS CHARGES

kelly lThe vehicle I rented had a very syringe smell of cigarette. I informed the location manager and he was aware and had to had smell removed but was not able. The service was fast and very good.
James BThe Uhual had no gas when we picked it up and we documented this. We had to fill up the truck to even get to our location, then we were charged after dropping off because the tank was low! Also we got charged for dropping off late but have documentation proving me dropped off exactly on time. Lastly we were said to have drove 200+ miles when we only went from Durham to Raleigh and back.
