The store owner wanted me to drop the trailer in an area where I would have to walk through a very large mudhole. He yelled at me trying to get me to drop the trailer in the water. I refused.

THOMAS KThe drop-off location I had booked was Security Self Storage - North Durham: 1601 E. Geer St Durham, NC 27704. When we arrived to drop off the 26 ft truck, we were told that they can't take trucks that big due to limited space. The woman at the counter was very helpful, and called to see where we could take the truck nearby. She directed us to Tobacco & Live Bait in the other direction of Geer St. If a location doesn't have space for 26 ft trucks, it shouldn't be offered as an option when booking. Please only offer locations for drop off that can take the truck being rented. It was an inconvenience to have to drive to another location. At the other location I had to check in the truck using the Uhaul app which was a pain to navigate and complete. It was extra work for me that is not needed nor appreciated after a long, stressful cross country move. I much prefer working with a Uhaul employee during drop off where they do the check in.
