Not a fan of the after hours drop off fee when they aren’t open when you have to drop off.
Vanessa MHaving to get truck using the online services was horrible.

Maureen COvergrown and weedy lot with multiple vehicles other than Uhaul vehicles. Not welcoming. No signs to assure that it was the correct location, no signs to indicate the best place to leave the truck.

Donald ASo the location is fine where it is, however I would had dropped the equipment off during the week day so that the personnel where there working. The biggest thing for me for the drop off location is that there isn't any set place to drop of equipment, and I mean the was none. So I had to drop of the equipment where I believe they would be fine and safe without blocking any entrance, exits, or doors. That right there for me needs to be improve is having a set area to put the equipment at the drop off sight.

Raymond CNo one was around at drop off. Left the truck and came back the next day. Still no one around during said business hours. Had to call U Haul to make sure it was credited.

I went to your website and ordered everything I needed including the time to pick up the truck, I even pre-paid on line Nothing and I mean nothing went as planned. I asked myself for the hour and a half that I was there trying to just pick up the truck what has happened to U-haul?????? Used to be such a good company. Never again will I allow this company to almost ruin my move, Sad but true. I could go into very detailed details of my bad experience but I trust you are getting my drift on this experince.

Chad TI have a home less than 2 miles from a U-Haul location and for the second summer in a row you made me drive over 10 miles to this very unacceptable location. When I asked about dropping off in South Beach Oregon I was told the lot was at capacity. I drove directly pass the South Beach location and they were not at capacity. I am very unhappy with U-Haul's customer service. The trailer I rented worked fine.

James BThe heat and air conditioning didn't blow. Which is a huge safety hazard. If the window would have fogged up I wouldn't have been able to clear it.

Joshua SDo not ask your customers to change their pickup location to 50 minutes away so that they can move trucks FOR YOU. You did not compensate me for my time, my gas, nor my inconvenience. Horrible. You also did not honor your $50 guarantee of the vehicle being at the location I reserved it at, liars.
