No one was around at drop off. Left the truck and came back the next day. Still no one around during said business hours. Had to call U Haul to make sure it was credited.

I went to your website and ordered everything I needed including the time to pick up the truck, I even pre-paid on line Nothing and I mean nothing went as planned. I asked myself for the hour and a half that I was there trying to just pick up the truck what has happened to U-haul?????? Used to be such a good company. Never again will I allow this company to almost ruin my move, Sad but true. I could go into very detailed details of my bad experience but I trust you are getting my drift on this experince.
