CALVIN SBrian was very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable with good tips on being safe on the road especially when using the tow dolly. I followed his instructions and made sure the vehicle straps were tight after being on the road a short distance.

Leslie HI entered a uhaul ticket to complain about the cost. The cost doubled from booking to pickup. Three days later no response. Also charged for mileage overage and that was due to me having to drive 35 miles to pickup the truck.

Robert HI am still reeling from the treatment I received at the Twin City location that I don't think I could give anything concerning UHaul a good score. It is really sad when a location that has no personnel get's a higher score than a fully staffed location.
Brandon AWhen I initially l reserved the location, it was supposed to be in Bentonville as my storage facility was only a few miles away. However, I was only notified the day before that this was the location to be picked up at; which was in Springdale. That was literally another 15 miles one way; which I had to leave early to accommodate and not to mention I had to pay about another 3 gallons of gas for that distance differential. Besides that, the man was very nice and cordial and got me in and out quickly as I pre-filled a lot of information beforehand as well as prepaid fir the total charges. Nice improvement on the checkout experience.
Kam LDropped off truck and trailer. I had filled tank to 1/2 full. The only person there was the "wife", who said her husband would check in the vehicles when he returned. She was unable to do so. I later got an email stating the gas tank was 3 gallons shy of 1/2 and they charged me $17 for 3 gals. That is outrageous. I will not go there again!

Leann HBest U-Haul experience I've ever had. Bryan, the owner, had my Auto-Hauler ready to go and greeted me at the door by name! This was my first time to rent from Tons of Storage and will be my "go to" for every future U-Haul rental.
BRYAN BBryan is always professional and courteous. He'll do whatever he can to assist when I'm in a pinch and need a trailer ASAP! He is why I continue to bring my business back time after time.
JOHNCHARLES SListen to the customer with what they are saying and respect their choices in using your establishment. Avoid discriminating against your customers. The process of receiving the keys should not have taken over 10-15 minutes, I pre-filled out all the required documentations online and was told via the online service: all I had to do was come and pick up the key. The vehicle itself was fine and the AC worked nicely.

JOHNCHARLES SI believe I have rented at least 9-10 times this year. The owners are ALWAYS extremely friendly and a delight to work with. They've stayed late for me to pick up and offer safety recommendations when pulling various Uhaul units, as well as removing my trailer hitch after use to help avoid theft. They have ALWAYS attached the Uhaul unit, connected the electrical lines and performed the proper brake/blinker safety preparations before leaving the site. Great prices as well! I will continue to utilize this location moving forward. Merci.
