Timothy B.My return via the U-Haul app did not work. I left the truck and put the keys in the drop box as it was after store hours. When I called in the morning, the attendant was extremely helpful and got my return straightened out. He said the return process on the app fails "all the time". U-Haul fix your app!!!!! The failure of the return process is enough to make me go elsewhere next time.

dovie M.The drop off location was not on my account. The online log in failed to recognize my account number requiring me to call in. I was on the phone well over 30 minutes just to get the drop off location address. The worst part about it is your menu. You need to have an option to speak with a live representative rather on the front end rather than forcing paying customers to listen to your repetitive marketing speel just to get help. It was a horrible experience. .

I have put out a lot of money for moving expenses during a time with a death in family. I don't need extra charges that I'm not budgeted for. I will not use this drop off location as a reflection on U Haul. Thank You
Kevin F.I didn't get a contract, because was some problem with U-Haul, telling me that I HAD an outstanding issue with U-Haul. Not True until now. Uhaul must have an issue with me. Couldn't get ahold of a rep, so the lady let take the truck, and told me to make sure it has 7/8 of a tank of gas when I turn it in. Finally get a contract online and it says the truck has 15/16 of a tank. I don't know what the deal is but there are some lying people here. I will pay more from another company if this is what I have to expect when I rent from U-Haul.

michael L.Due to traffic delays, I arrived an hour late at my original pick up location. While checking in on-line, I could not get the smaller truck I originally ordered and was given the notice that my rental had expired! I then had to scramble to find a local truck at another facility and had to rent a larger truck and pay more, which I'm not happy about. I also tried calling Uhaul customer service and was on hold for over five minutes; never did speak with a rep. Not the greatest experience.
