Anne PRemote pickup and dropoff was stressful and difficult, which was quite possibly due to the app more than the location. We had to wander back and forth between the equipment and a nearby location where the app would finally connect and function. My cell reception was excellent, but there were several points in the process where the app would not allow me to proceed. I had spoken to the owner when the reservation was being made. She assured me that if there were problems, I should call her cell number. When there WERE problems, I did just that, twice. There was no answer either time. I left a voicemail both times but she never did return my call.

Sheri SWe dropped the trailer off after hours but I had called ahead to discuss the trailer wiring and they were very helpful made me feel better about the situation. I've used U-haul in the past and I'm sure I will again it's just unfortunate that this happened this time.

Gregory Brental vehicle was filthy, with used cigarettes, ashes and burnt paper, as well as used condoms. I have already been in contact with corporate uhaul and they are helping me with the issue.

DEBORAH SHave the equipment at the designated location that was agreed to upon online rental. Had to drive out of the way for pick up. Then the truck only had 1/4 full tank. Truck also had large "snow cap" on top and was told that "it will blow off when it gets driven". This is very dangerous and could have caused an accident. Not impressed

Diane Aboth of these locations were good and saved my experience. I had an issue with the online reservation and phone call before I picked up the trailer. I reserved my trailer over a week in advance in Owatonna MN (6x12) and thought I had my trailer at that point. I received a phone call from U-Haul telling me there was not one single trailer available in Owatonna MN. The man on the phone was telling me there was some verbiage on the reservation screen that told me there was a possibility there was no trailer. All I ask is that message be made more clear or do not let me reserve a specific trailer in my city if there are none to use in the first place. Both these locations ended up working with me and saved my move. Dawn up in Faribult MN is a stud and you should give her a raise.
