You need to fix the motors of vehicles. They get the worst milage going by your green light indicator just sitting there idling at a stop light

I have no reason it. My experience with them that they will not check into it. I would happily refer anyone to them that asked me period

Zachary HuskoThe person who rented out the van helped me immediately, as I was the only customer in the store. Unfortunately, she took 40 minutes to complete the process of renting the truck out to me, and left me with only 90 out of 120 minutes I had rented the truck for, and told me to call to add more time if necessary. I'm on a tight budget so I rushed instead to return the van on time. She also told me that I would be charged $107 but that all but the original $31 would be returned to me as long as i returned the truck. After returning the van, i was charged $71,85 for everything, without explanation for the fees and without them listed in the papers I was given when renting the truck. I was charged about $180 when I was told online I would be charged $31 ($20 for renting the van, $1 for an environment fee, and $11 for insurance). I wish I had known all of these charges were going to be made to my card- I would never have rented a vehicle if I knew it would cost this much. Please let me know if and when I'll be getting the money besides the $31 back.

Crystal FlecknerI know nobody will read this because you don't care. But my experience was absolutely terrible. I was told the price I paid at pickup included mileage. I was good with that. I had to request to change the pick up to a different day but still only needed it for a day. We had bad weather that included snow and ice so it made moving a pain. I asked for five hours to be added to the drop off time. The lady at front desk said ok and said it was all taken care of. Once I went to drop off the truck I was told I'd be charged an additional $82. I refused to pay it, disputed the charge and was told I'd be contacted by a U-Haul representative the next day. Instead of that happening the extra $82 was deducted from my account and nobody contacted me. So I reached out via chat and at the end of the conversation the representative tried to act like they cared and understood. Then less than one minute later they sent me a message saying I hadn't replied in three minutes so they were ending the chat. Bottom line is U-Haul doesn't care as long as they get paid. I paid almost $300 for a one day rental and nothing was done to even attempt to explain it or anything. I was basically told it is what is is and that they "understand". I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never use U-Haul again.

Michael FriederickNo fault of Trojan, I blame U-Haul, which sent me to a facility which doesn't carry Appliance dollies, even I booked the truck (and said Dolly) for the express purpose of moving a refrigerator. Fortunately, the Trojan agent quickly located an appliance Dolly at a U-Haul a few miles away.
Thomas WilsonThe price was misleading. I was charged more then expected. Hidden fee's were tacked on. My $29 truck turned into 145 trip. I returned the truck within 4 hours. That was in town. I put $20. Into the truck to make sure it would be on the 1/4 tank mark.
Leif CutlerI was told that if I changed my drop off location that I would save 30$, and I was also told that since I only received 6 of the 24 moving blankets I reserved that I would save another 20$. This did not happen and when I dropped off the U-Haul in the place I was told to I was charged another 25$ fee for an unknown reason. I am very unhappy with my experience and feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. Not cool.

DONNA LEE MARTINTrojan storage was great and helpful. The overall experience was not. I made the reservation for this location. Received an email update with a new location to pick up the truck. Then after doing the online check in, received a third location for pick up. When I called the 800#, for clarification, they gave me a local number that was supposed to open at 9, but sent me back to the 800 number. Trojan had a truck, helped straighten out the reservation and was helpful.
