Truck had a lot of issues
Hannah CFirst let me start off by saying at times moving can be very frustrating and very time consuming although through the experience I had with this company i was nothing of the source I started off looking for a U-Haul place just through the telephone book and you know as usual you never know exactly what you may get or who you may speak with and I was moving in town on a one-way move in Troy Alabama and I called this place and from the very beginning they went far and beyond my expectations of what I needed to be able to have a smooth easy move and to take the stress away of it April is who I spoke with in the beginning not only did she guide me through every step of the way but she did everything she could to make sure that this move was stress-free she explained all very professionally very kind far and above the my expectations of what anyone could do to help me she is that anyone would want to work with and she goes far and beyond to see that she takes care of her customers not only that but from the beginning as I told her my name after that she called my name every single time on the phone and the minute I walked in the door she also took extra time due to the fact that I only started out by renting a truck and realized that they also had storage April without hesitation took the extra time to help me get a storage unit in order to make my moving exactly what anyone would want to have also Abbie jumped in and explained things to me that sometimes you may not see or really understand the very beginning of what the rules and speculations are of how it all works I just want to give a shout out thanks to April and to Abbie for their kindness and professionalism There is absolutely no hesitation in me saying this is the place to go to get your moving and storage needs taking care of and after it all done you can just relax sit back know that you were taking care of by some of the very best I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that is in this area to use no one else April is more than an asset to this company and she needs to be recognized for the work that she does and the way she acts like it's not work to her it's helping those that are in need during a time of sometimes what you would say stressful time consuming and just plain out miserable If you ever moved really it's not a very pleasant thing but it happens all the time every day I could go on and on and on about my experience with this place and the people that I dealt with and by saying that Anyone that misses out on using this company and having an experience with April and Abby, all I can say is it's your loss And just some other to add to this as I stood there waiting to fill out my paperwork April was attending with someone else although as she was helping the other person she continuously call me by my name and let me know she'd be right with me and make me feel like my business was appreciated These days very hard to find people that actually want to work yet go to the extreme to make others happy Anyone that sees my review if you do not realize that this this location is not the best I don't know what other words I could say my business they will always have and will be recommended to anyone at any time not only to those that I know but sometimes to those that may just be asking in general I have no regrets using them and feel as though I met a wonderful person in April and also Abbie on the phone even when she was not feeling well was still extremely helpful professional and kind At this time I would like to thank April and Abbie and this location which Troy is very fortunate to have there are no words that can't express how much they take their jobs seriously and do it with not only professionalism but with a smile As we all know somedays you don't want to do that smile but there are people that will go above and beyond to make sure that there customers come first Again I would love to express my sincere thanks to you April for all you did to help me and to know that at any time when I call no doubt you will always remember who I am and will always address me by my name that is very special and makes anyone feel as though their businesses wanted Thank you so very much for everything and for making my experience be one that was very smooth and actually easy No doubt I give this business as many as could be given Stars The numbers 5 or10 whatever some companies use those numbers would not even come close to what I would rate this place again I express my extreme thanks My review may go on and on and some things may be repeated over and over this should automatically tell you that you cannot go wrong by using this location and these amazing to ladies U-Haul you really need to show these two how appreciated they are and to know how fortunate you are to have them work for you

Donna DEveryone has not rented a trailer before therefore, you should let renters know what will be needed like the hitch ball, adapter ( if not compatible with the trailer), ramp, etc.

Robin SThere was a sign on the door saying they had gone to another location and would be back in a few minutes. I waited for 15-20 minutes before I realized I could self-return the trailer. Someone should be onsite during regular business hours.
Chad DWe checked in via mobile, the rep on the call was great. The customer service is wonderful. Both reps were the best. It takes awhile to get someone on the phone, but well worth the wait.

Julian MThe drop off location on my reservation was not the correct address. I arrived at the appointed location only to find a parking lot full of Uhaul equipment but no one to assist me. It was a storage facility. I had to call for the correct location which was around the corner. If that is the preferred location for a drop off, the reservation should indicate that for customer convenience. I would not recommend as this is confusing.

shenna AI turned the truck in online but the worker came outside and began to stare. She did not speak, pretended to clean a rusty unit, & kepted peeking over her shoulder.

James MWe ordered online, and went on a Sunday to pick up by mobile pickup. Everything was going good until we went to get the key. The box our key was supposed to be in had a key for one of the smallest trucks and we were supposed to be getting the biggest one. So after an hour and a half on the phone. The only option they gave was to drive 40 mins to pickup a truck that we wanted. So I asked if I could just take the small truck. The people on the phone gave us a $50 credit. They were as helpful as could be. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, But the actual place where we pick up failed us. It took several trips with small truck and cost double what it would have maybe even triple.

CHELSIE GMake sure your not overcharging customers for mileage usage. I don't know what the process is to determine the usage but it needs some improvement! Otherwise customer service was great and when I had an issue it was thankfully handled with ease!

Lawrence MThe Truck that was on site that I reserved had a non-functioning seat belt. I had to use the other truck on site that was 5ft shorter and did NOT run well. With the shorter truck, I had to make 3 extra trips during the move and was charged an extra mileage fee.

Michael GStaff person was rude to me and left me without a hand truck even though I rented it a month ago. Truck didn't have working tail lights half the time, rattled like crazy above 50, and the light in the cab wouldn't turn off at night.

Thomas WLady at pick up in Troy Al was most helpful. Truck rented was too large. She went out of her way to find me another. Truck windshield was covered with bugs. Had to clean to see. Inside truck was fine
