I dropped the trailer off. Attendant made a copy of my paperwork and said they would get it checked in. 4 day later I get a call from corporate about where the trailer was. I explained where it was and what they told me. I actually dropped it off 2 day early. It took them 6 days to get it checked in and issue my receipt. I received 4 calls from asking me about where the trailer was. I called and corporate called the Troy AL location. They told me they had been busy and would get it straightened out that was 3 days ago . Talked to corporate today twice and they finally got it done. I feel this is unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Augustus KI dropped off the trailer after hours. I have used this location before for drop off and they were very helpful.
