Seriously need a jack on the tongue and a way to lock the tongue to the ball.

Nothing to improve top notch service .
DALE TThey are the best. Even called U-Haul because there was a problem with drop off and they figured it all out
Kristen HExcellent service and acceptance of trailer even when UHaul customer service said I had to drive over an hour away from my destination. Owner Jeff called UHaul and said he had room for the trailer.
Susanne MU-haul headquarters did not coordinate with the local u-haul pick-up business and rented out a box truck I reserved, causing me to scramble to figure out an alternative with less then 24 hours notice. The staff was also abrupt and a little rude when I went to pick up the trailer I had to rent instead of a box truck. If I hadn't had a friend that had a truck to pull the trailer, I wouldn't have been able to move as planned.
Madeline SVery Fair and just. Good clean reliable equipment.
RUTH CWhat U-Haul should remember is that customer experience goes far beyond the condition of a truck…Twins Service of Fort Kent, Maine and the people who work there are what makes your company successful. Don't ever forget that.
ALAIN OTwins is great. Great service, very knowledgeable, had the tongue and ball I needed, gave me needed knowledge and were very helpful. Hometown service A+
JOSHUA GGreatest service I ever received
bernard kExcellent service. Loved Twin Rivers.
Elizabeth CNothing .Everything was excellent
jerry cAgent was great ..a went well
MARK MThe issues I have with this experience aren't with the place I picked the truck up at. My issues are with the process and the truck it's self. I reserved a truck to be 4 minutes from my home and got confirmation that reservation had been made. The day before the pick up I was called and told, by a very rude woman, that I had to drive two hours to go get the truck I reserved and was emailed showing would be at Jim's auto in my town. Not only did I have to waste two hours driving to get the vehicle I also had to use my own gas to go get the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and seemed to be well maintained until the next day when I filled the tank and began our 6 hour ride with my family towing my fiancé's car behind us with a trailer we also rented. We made it one town from our house when I noticed there was gasoline pouring out of the tank all over the parking lot I happened to be sitting in. When service got to me they didn't know what to do because there was a clear whole in the tank that had a cheap patch on it that could have been done better by a four year old. I could literally stick a finger in this hole it was that big yet this truck was not pulled from service it was put back on the road for an innocent family to be stranded by. Well guess what, that exact scenario happened. Not only did we lose fuel but we were surrounded by fumes that had anyone flung a cigarette out the window would have ignited the whole damn truck. I called road side service and the first woman I spoke with dispatched the information out wrong and when the service truck showed up he was not prepared for what he found as fuel was pouring out of the trucks gas tank. The second lady I spoke with was a sweetheart and I wish I could remember her name but I can't. The tech guy she connected us to though was not listening to the service man and talked over him multiple times as Maples tried to explain to him what was going on. After that mess of a conversation the truck was taken to the service station on the other side of town where road side service was supposed to have another truck delivered to get parts to fix this truck and if that couldn't happen they were supposed to send movers to repack the new truck. Well 5 hrs later the service man fixed the tank, no replacement truck ever showed and no one ever called back to follow up with me like I was told would happen. Over all if I could give this experience a negative number I would. From the rude lady who called the first day telling me I had to go get the truck to the gas leak to the lack of communication and follow through this whole experience just plain sucked. To top it off when I dropped the truck off the guy basically blew me off when I told him there was a dispute and told me I needed to take that up with the place I got the truck from. Not only that he didn't listen to a word I said about the truck having a hole in the gas tank. My worry is some other poor family now has that same truck that's literally a ticking time bomb of disaster, unbeknownst to them. If corporate only knew how this all happened I sure hope they'd be embarrassed and want nothing more than to fix the issues across the board to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen again.
William MGreat people and service
David JVery knowledgeable, quick service. Just an all around great place to rent. Went above and beyond to make sure the rental was up to uhaul standards. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would.
Brian RStick to the deal agreement, and clean exterior, and interior of trailer.
DANIEL EExplain to customers and agents that renting a truck and trailer means two separate contracts but the entire cost will be billed on the first one, then subtracted on your end although customer's card will show the entire amount.
CHERYL SJeff Daigle performed excellent customer service.
ROBERT PTwins service did an excellent job at their end but the issue is with uhaul billing. They tried to take out the hold amount when my bill was $15 cheaper causing an overdraft on my account. In my opinion the overdraft caused by U-Haul shouldn't be my responsibility
TERRACE GTwins garage is awesome.
mary wRien

JENNY SJeffrey was so warm and helpful
JOHN JThe people at the location were top notch! The communication between the website and my phone was slow awkward and less than efficient.
Mark DJeff was great!!!
Phillip WGreat Customer Service. Even though it was below zero, they were fast and professional
William GNo improvements necessary! These guys were awesome, helped me out in a pinch. I'm a contractor and my dolly is on another site. I needed to move some appliances for a customer that day. Even though they had it rented for the next day, they let me rent it as long as I promised to bring it back that evening. I got my customer's appliances moved and returned the dolly shorty after they closed that day, win win for everyone!
CHRISTOPHER TCould not ask to deal with anyone better than these people. Excellent and friendly service. A one.

Michael Bi have rent 5 trailer in last three months no problem renting or returning any of them ,all worked as they should no problems
EDWARD BAnswered all my questions, helped me get mirrors set for me and got me going quickly.
Wanda FWe did tell the man at the Fort Kent U-Haul center how awful the Chuck job and we recommended that he test drive it before he rented out to anybody else. There was definitely something wrong with the seats bouncing the way they did for the entire trip almost 2000 miles
KENNETH HAwesome people to deal with. Great experience overall.
DAVID AVery friendly service. Pleasant.
Conrad COverall excellent service!
JOHN HI would urge you to double-, and triple-, check your mileage requirements. What they allotted, and what I needed, was slightly off. THIS WAS MY FAULT, NOT U-HAUL'S. Still, don't ask your girlfriend, look for yourself. Cost me 25 bucks on a 1400-mile journey; Big deal. Again, that was my fault; not U-Haul's. I know without researching that enough mileage would have been given had I asked; but I was told a number by my ex-girlfriend that was 300 miles too short, so U-Haul actually gave me a couple hundred miles more than I needed (or thought I needed). Not their fault. Just check, and double and triple check your mileage. I needed a fifteen-foot truck. They gave me a 20-foot for the same price. Luxury. It was comfy. It ran perfectly. I got 10,5 mpg overall, and sometimes more (and less - I had to drive across Pennysyvania). I am - for the second time in a year - completely satisfied with my business relationship with U-Haul. By the way, the we'll come and pick it mover types were muliples more. Many thousands. Do it yourself, folks. It's a bit of work, but well worth it. One mover (I can't recall which) was halfway reasonable, but, sitll, twice as much. And we still would have waited for the stuff to arrive. Bottom line? U-Haul = Okay.

CHRISTOPHER CKeep up the great work
STAR BTwins service was very cordial and accommodating. The tank was full, the cab and cargo box were better than broom clean. They walked thru the features of they truck and even made sure the side mirrors were adjusted for me. Merci.
JOHN MEverything went off without a hitch. It took 15 min. to do the contract & hook-up to the 5X8 we rented. The best service anywhere is @ Twin's Service Station in Fort Kent, ME. 04743.
