Make sure that customer is aware of all damage to vehicle and accurate mileage to where they are traveling with Vehicle so they don’t have surprise mileage charges at end of trip
ZACHARY CTurned the truck in with a check engine light on. Light came on during travel. Service manager was understanding and helpful. Very diligent to ensure a seamless return.
Ian WWhen ordering a rental… I feel it is inappropriate to have the customer have to travel to a different location for a pick up. My rental was ordered to be picked up in Caribou Maine, the day before I was informed after 5 p.m. that it was not available in Caribou. I had to travel an hour one way to pick it up and an hour back. That was two hours out of my time. Your customer’s time is important to them and this was an inconvenience. I had no choice in the matter and this was what I needed to do. There should have been a compensation for this situation.
