Paul ClippardDisgusting. They charged me for 6 gallons of gas, and $30 to put the gas in, even though it was parked right next to their gas pump. I probably used 2 gallons, and they made no mention of the refilling fee. Just thoroughly unpleasant surprise

The only issue we had was probably out of their control as the back storage area smelled of strong gasoline fumes and the interior smelled like Marijuana had been smoked in it. An ozone machine would probably help to removed these smells before handing off to the next customer.

Parag PatelI was charged an extra day for returning the truck after 11:00 am. I was told at the renting agency in Hiawassee that I needed to return the truck before 1:00 PM ( my pickup time) to avoid an extra charge. I did that yet was charged an extra day. When I tried to email the drop off manager the system would not allow my email to go through. This means I will have to make an extra trip there to resolve the issue.

The rep at this location at least apologized but then said to go back to original location for further help?? Sigh....Will never use UHaul again. Please take before and after pictures people. Use your phones for covering your behind instead of showing it.
