I would prefer going into the store than dealing with customer service over the phone. Your reps didnt explain the methods of payment options in detail ( cash payment). Was advised i would get a 10.00 credit for my next rental but im not renting again.

Location was a gas station attended by one employee. He had to jump around between playing gas station attendant and U Haul representative. It took me just over 20 minutes to get checked out. Credit to the attendant, he was humping it as fast as he could. U Haul should have a requirement that more than one employee must be on duty at all times at non-U Haul stores.

Needs to learn to speak English..facility old and dirty. Customer service person took a picture of my driver's license and kept a hard copy.i asked why he said he needed it for his file. Other location did not do this. Good waY to steal identity. I wa t it shredded. Very unprofessional stopped ever 2 .minutes to help customers coming into the gas station. Horrible horrible horrible

I reserve the vehicle online to be picked up at 7 o’clock via mobile app however when I got to the facilities there was no equipment there. I spent 2 1/2 hours trying to track down a vehicle and the customer service representative were very helpful but also a little disengaged. I will not recommend this facility to anyone I end up spending more money for movers and had to get a another U-Haul. I was not able to transport all of my items due to not having a ventricle being available at the time I reserved it

I reserved my truck at another location three days prior to my move. I went there in person after calling three other locations that said they would not have the size truck I needed on the day of my move. (10 foot truck). When I went to pick the truck up today, the computer system was down and they were not able to rent it. After they tried about thirty minutes, I left them my phone number and asked them to call me when computer was working. They called over an hour later and I went again to try to pick up the truck I had reserved. When I get there, they told me they had reserved a truck at another location for me, and they did not have a truck the size I needed. So. I went to the other location where I was told the computer system was down. I convinced the guy to check since the other location had told me the system was up again. It took over thirty minutes to rent the truck - this location is a gas station and only one person was working. He had deliveries coming in and constant customers. He was doing the best he could, but there was another person, and myself, there to rent so it took a lot of his time. The truck was nice, clean and drove well. It was just frustrating that it took three hours and going to one location twice and then another location before I could get the truck, on a day that I had a lot of things to move and a 120 mile round trip. Prior to calling several locations last week and going to reserve the truck, I had also called the GO-UHAUL number and been on hold for a very long time with no one ever answering, and tried to rent the truck online, with no luck. Doesn’t seem like a very customer friendly process.

I had the worst experience at this location. The agent was a racist talking about yall Americans always complaining about something. I told him the gas was off and he wouldnt correct it. I would never go bk to this location and I have been a uhaul renter for years. If Ihail value their brand you would remove this agent. He is going to cost the company alot of money.

Was not the place I booked, was not notified it was 25 MILES away, guy said he had no trailers, had to call someone to walk him through the rental process I was there an HOUR, he never hooked one up, had no clue

This started out as a reservation on Tuesday, the 4th. Your "truck share" system is hugely flawed logistically, as I was required to provide additional identity information upon arrival to pick up the vehicle that I was not aware of prior to arrival. After spending nearly 45 minutes navigating your customer service via phone, I missed my appointment for which the truck was needed. While navigating your customer service, I ended up on the phone with a manager who said he was sitting at home and that there little he could do. He demonstrated a very unprofressional attitude, mentioning that my frustration at the huge inconvenience was not his problem. As the situation progressed, I ended up with a another supervisor that seemed disinterested with the circumstance. Another reservation was offered, and out of necessity, I accepted. My issue is, as I am a restaurant manager of 21 years, I make it a point to be concerned how issues with service within my business affect my customers. At no point was any incentive offered to demonstrate my value as a guest, but instead, I was made to feel ad though all of it was my fault.... despite me showing up almost 30 minutes early to pick up the truck and nobody with your company seemed prepared or interested, in helping me.

Young man who prepared paperwork was efficient and thorough. He was very helpful with whole process. There was a little wait but I have much more at big uhaul sites. Pre-register is best advice.

When I arrived, there was only one employee. She did not pretrip the truck with me but advised that I should come back inside to tell her if there was damage. In fairness, she was very kind to accommodate the price of a rental that was not provided by another provider. However, upon returning the truck, the employee advised that she wasn't there and that I should expect to have a receipt and account reconciliation (I'd authorized double the miles I needed) via email. Again, no one checked the gas, mileage, or cleanliness of the truck. I am very uncomfortable with the way that this was handled, and I don't know that I would recommend that someone else take this path to rental.
