The 10 foot truck we rented had a broken windshield, the check engine light was on, and it leaked (it was raining). But other than that. things were fine. I have used this location many times, and always have been treated well by the great staff.

Offer a return box that will allow one to return key fobs. The one they have has a slot that probably worked once, but the slot has been mangled by frustrated renters trying to jam keys and fobs into it. You'll have people breaking the fobs if you don't get this fixed. I had to make a special trip to drop off the key the next day after dropping off the truck. It took me almost an hour.

I had reserved the truck a couple of weeks ahead of time and then got a call the day before letting me know they wouldn't have the truck that I ordered available when I rented it for. This was distressing because I already had movers coming to load the truck first thing in the morning. Next I am not a professional truck driver and they switched me from a smaller truck to a larger 26' truck that I wasn't comfortable with. Next the truck made a horrible noise from the moment it turned on. The next morning after I turned it in, I received a phone message from the Boise Police department saying they wanted to talk to me. I worried for 3 hours about this because I have children and I was worried that something had happened to one of them. Finally after getting a return call from the officer he asked me if I had rented a U-Haul recently and whether I had turned it back in. Apparently, parts had been stolen off the truck engine but when my name was cleared of any wrongdoing, I have not received any communication from the company at all as far as we're sorry the truck wasn't running well, or we're sorry the truck was noisy, how can we make that right? I had turned the truck in a half a day early and otherwise would have used it to empty my storage unit after I moved, but it was too uncomfortable to drive it without hearing protection.

I never recieved a paper receipt picking up or dropping off the vehicle. It didn't occur to me till later. It would be nice to have the charges written down to view. That seemed weird.

Vehicle was not clean and had dog hair on front seats. We had to clean in order to use vehicle. The service light was on indicating it needed an oil change

Clean up the equipment before the customer like myself opens the door and see the mess. Uhaul is charging outrageous prices taking advantage of people but not cleaning equipment. We the people deserve better considering your terrible prices.

Truck had trash in it. Never received anything to fill out the status of the truck when picking up. Ended up being charged for 188miles when we only drove 32miles in town.

The whole experience was poor. When I arrived to pick up the truck I made a reservation for, I was told it was in Nampa (20 miles away). The online check in was a waste of my time because I had to do it all again after waiting in line for 20 minutes . I was given a larger vehicle for the same price that was filthy and it had to have the mirror repaired before I could take it. Meanwhile, another dealership down the road called and asked if I was coming to pick up my reserved truck. I went to the correct dealer at the correct time according to my confirmation email. I don't understand how I could make the reservation, do the online check in, put in my credit card information, get a confirmation email and then show up and absolutely nothing is right.

The only problem I had with it was I ordered it from Caldwell boulevard and then the morning I was picking it up I got a call telling me I had to go to Federal Way to pick it up and I'm coming from Caldwell To go all that way to Federal Way to pick it up and back to Caldwell again to load it to head to twin falls then charged me for going over the miles when they had me go 57 miles out of my way to pick up a truck That was crappy

The Truck was filthy, so filthy after driving it my hands were black. There was a ton of dirt on the dash board. It clearly needed some attention. The gas tank was empty, I wasn't so sure that it would make it to a gas station. So my 2 big recommendations are clean the trucks, and put fuel in them.

The only reason I put equipment not clean is because when we opened the back of the truck is smelled heavily of Pot. I feel they should open the back once a truck is dropped off. They did give us another truck.

The van was ready when promised. Brad called me ahead of time and I was checked in over the phone. Very convenient!

Inside the truck was dirty. The windshield was filthy, inside and outside. I had to sweep out the cargo area before I could use it. The truck's "check engine" light was on when I started the truck for the first time.

Easy location to get to. Large lot makes it easy for all size trucks to get into and maneuver around without issue. Took maybe 10 minutes at most to get checked in, hooked up and on our way.

The keys hadn't been dropped off when I arrived to pick it up, and I didn't get the vehicle until 30 min after my scheduled time. I also did not get an extension on the time I had the vehicle despite the time I booked being shortened.

From the gentleman from customer service who helped my on phone to the gentleman who helped at Two Tails LLC my experience was great! The only thing that could have been a little better was the online booking. Could you please make it easier to sort by availability. The website will say limited availability and lets you schedule a pickup time but then has a box saying that you know it isn't available and you agree for a representative to call you. It would have helped me so much if the website listed as unavailable and I could have just sorted by available or not available.

Not a thing! This place is the reason you are still in business in Boise. If you relied on Orchard and Garden city locations, I suspect they would run off more customers than they bring in. Ungrateful for the business and short rude attitude with my daughter who had no idea what to do. They werent very helpful or clear about anything with her.

Staff was late to scheduled appt. No walk thru inspection completed. Vehicle issued with less than 1/4 tank fuel. Everything worked as promised and rates were good. Mission accomplished, but that's all.
