Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery helpful and knowledgeable. Easy in and out.
Kevin DVery unsatisfied with my experience with Two Tails. U-Haul Contract states that total fees for the rentals adds up to $103.89 with drop off at Two Tails. I have been charged $417.77 with an additional charge of $528.94 that is supposedly pending a refund. That is a total of $946.71 charged to my account for a service noted for costing only $103.89. The price discussed and agreed upon with Two Tails was $178.08, which still does not match the U-Hauls Tracking of the Contact, nor what I have been charged. I Paid the $178.08 in person, the secondary $239.69 charge was made without my consent nor was it communicated to me (regardless of the purpose of this secondary charge). Two Tails states a different drop off location on the document printed out and given to me, despite the drop off location noted on U-Haul and the agreement made when reserving my truck through Two Tails I expect this to be fixed. I will never use Two Tails again, and I would be very hesitant to use any of U-Hauls services again.
