SYLVESTER CIt was a very hidden and weird location. Couldn't even be sure that the truck was safe to drop off. It was dark and the gate was locked so we had to drop it off in the driveway near the side of a desolate road.
Amanda RThe location was not professional and the extra charge for gas was unwarranted. I brought the vehicle back on the same gas that I left in the vehicle. The truck had trash and plastic bottles left inside that I refused to clean. The entire experience was underwhelming, and I will never use that location in the future, and I will tell everyone to avoid that location due to the problems and extra charges I received from the vendor. I am not happy with U-Haul at all and will use another company in the future.

Ruben P1 hour after getting car hauler had it loaded with the vehicle and had a blow out. They came very quickly to change and found tire in opposite side ready to blow also. Tires need to be checked a lot more careful.
JUDY SThis was the worst experience ever in renting from U-Haul. The guy was nasty and rude. He screamed at me. The office was a dump. When he said he takes cash or card, I said I'll pay with cash. He told me' Now I have to go to the bank, then demanded I should pay with my credit card. He was locked up and not on-site during business hours. I had to wait more than 25 mins for him to open even when business hours said 9:00am. He was late with my reservation. I came to drop it off he was locked up again and I had to wait another 25 mins for him. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location as the man was awful and the worst customer service experience ever.

donna vThe gentleman who assisted us was quite cordial, but the location was not kept well as it was mainly an auto repair shop with U-Haul as a side business. The truck had a Check Engine light on and another yellow light that I was not sure what it was. Lastly, I ordered 10 blankets but the location had none to be used,
Norman CThis location did not look like a U-Haul location whatsoever. Additionally, the representative told me if I turned in the truck earlier than the date on the rental agreement, then I would get a refund for the days I didn't use. That did not happen.
