Great customer service
SYLVESTER CIt was a very hidden and weird location. Couldn’t even be sure that the truck was safe to drop off. It was dark and the gate was locked so we had to drop it off in the driveway near the side of a desolate road.
Amanda RThe location was not professional and the extra charge for gas was unwarranted. I brought the vehicle back on the same gas that I left in the vehicle. The truck had trash and plastic bottles left inside that I refused to clean. The entire experience was underwhelming, and I will never use that location in the future, and I will tell everyone to avoid that location due to the problems and extra charges I received from the vendor. I am not happy with U-Haul at all and will use another company in the future.
