Total of twelve miles of use. Out a gallon of gas in and they still charged me 6,36 for I gallon WTF

Rudelie LouisThe Unit 0131 have a huge hole in the wall and has a funky odor. Very appalled by this kind of service. Also U-Haul need to have signs on the walls to help guide you to your unit number
REMONA REID | Online Move InI have rented from this location 3 times without issue. This time around I went inside to pickup my trailer and there was no one to be found inside the store. I waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to finally come out of the back and check me out for my trailer. I was then pretty overall disappointed with the trailer i received. It was not very clean and the tie down spots on the floor were completely missing. The tie down spots on the walls were not good either as you could barely fit a small rope through them never mind the hook end of a rachet tie down. It made securing my load next to impossible. Overall I was pretty disappointed with my rental this time.

Bulent AltayThe truck gas reading didn't match the readings in the app causing me additional $33 of charge. Also, parking didn't have lots marked properly so I accidentally parked wrong way. The general manager however made me return and re-park otherwise mu truck would be towed.
Viktor StolbinThe trailer I rented had 4 tires. 1 was fine. 1 was bald (no tread) 2 were worn below the wear indicators but not bald. I was concerned that I could have had a blow out on any of those 3 tires. Definitely would have gotten a tire for a bald tire if I got pulled over by the police. Service was good at the facility. Poor maintenance on that piece of equipment.

Or make sure your employees mention that it is possible that the truck might not be at the required amount before pulling off. It is not the customers job to ensure adequate information is being presented, us as customer expect to be informed properly by customer service reps who are supposed to be knowledgeable and willing to help.

LIVINGSTON WALKERThe female staff member who tended to me was very rude, unprofessional, and eating food while on company time. She summoned me over and in a rude loud voice and said, CAN I HELP YOU?! When I came over to her desk, I politely asked her if she could exercise some patience while she tended to my transaction. She immediately came out of her face and handed my invoice back in a rude manner. This immediately made me react and I told her how dare she treat customers in this manner not caring about company policy and protocols. I said this is all caught on tape. She made this transaction very difficult for me as I know she has access to my personal information like my first and last name, my new address and possibly credit card info. I felt distrust, uneasy and not able to consider or inquire about the storage opportunity that came along with the transaction made before. I lost that opportunity because this staff member failed to respect or follow company policy. I am very disappointed. I have reached out to several of my family members and friends and made them aware not to frequent this location because of the negative work environment there. Wendy NelsonThe biggest issue I had would be pre filling out the forms the day before but having to come in the next day, the day I should pick up the rental and do all forms over. This making the process longer and the pre app unnecessary. The driver door on the truck is broken which is a safety hazard and the over headlight stays on because the door doesn't close all the way. A few of the buttons on the dash were lit up recommending service. But associates were nice and it was quick rental process for returns.

Maurice CrawfordTire pressure was low & light in the back of the truck wasn't working . Customer service was decent for pick up. Horrible in between service & worse at drop off. When I called between my pick up & drop off the CSR stated I would be credited 10 miles. My receipt didn't reflect the credit, I had to call AGAIN & deal with nasty CSR. I'm glad this isn't a place or service I need to frequent, I don't plan on moving for a while. If and when I do I will explore better trucking options; perhaps a business that appreciates the fact that customers CHOOSE to spend money at their establishment.

When I was reserving the storage facility I told the customer representative I needed something for a 1-2 bedroom size storage unit she advised me this size would've been enough. When I got to the facility they had no elevator or ramp and we had to go down stairs with our items. This was not disclosed neither over the phone or at the facility before being taken to the unit. When I saw the unit it was very small and couldn't fit nothing the size a one bedroom could fit. I am so upset and disappointed because now I am being charged $180 for a unit that cannot fit what I need it to and now I need more storage and basically has to spend more money to fit my bed and dresser. I would honestly like this to get a bigger facility because this feels like a rip off at this point. The employees were friendly but the service did not meet my expectations definitely would not recommend!

Even though there was no food stored there but sofa, furniture, boxes of clothes and decorations, etc. Almost everything which was destroyed by them. I was informed that one of the units near by had been forced to vacate due to having food in it. Which is why it caused them to move to my unit. If proper maintenance was taken, my items would not of been destroyed.

The staff did their best to provide a substitute battery light, but it was not properly maintained. Also, I was not aware that the space was down a long flight of stairs, no elevator, no ramps for hand trucks. Very disappointed with that. And, one should be able to return the truck to any of the three U-haul places in Bridgeport. Very inconvenient, now.,
