When dropping off my rental no one was available to help. I was told two people were outside available to help one person was outside on his cell phone. I went inside to speak with the man on the register he told me to be patient. After five minutes, No one approached to help me. I chose to self check in the truck. By the time I was done I still was not approached. Other than that I have no issues.
Parking lot was short on space especially around 3pm. Online experience was good and picking up the truck was quick and easy. I'm not a huge fan of the vehicle recovery cost fee of $2.00. Overall good first experience.
One of the trucks that I drove, the engine light and haul lights were on and never went off. Was nervous about driving it.
The battery on the 26' truck was dead and had to be jump started. The coolant and windshield washer fluid were both low. I was annoyed the truck wasn't ready and had to wait while they took care of these problems.
Untrained customer service person; very very slow & not familiar with proceedures; two customer service people spending more time talking about their fingernails than assisting customer. I paid for furniture blankets but they were not provided. The back and side windows of the cargo van were so dirty that I had to go to a station to gain visibility for traffic purposes. WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND.
The workers are doing an amazing job right now so nothings needs to be improved. They are all very friendly and professional they are doing an outstanding job. Thank you guys

I don't like the taking of the ids from your phone when you pick up the truck from your cell phone..The rep should do it when you give it to the rep..I understand Covid but your system should be set up in case the customer doesn't have a cell phone. uhaul should scan licenses not the customers. Stop assuming all people have the capability to do this.
The service and equipment were great. The team was very informative, efficient, and professional. I had a great experience! :)
Members of staff were patient professional and kind.
Give customers a more realistic estimate of the price of the equipment, most people can't gage how many miles they will move about the city, even just going from one side of town to the next and the jump in price in the end is overwhelming but the customer now has to pay it because they've already used the truck!
We filled the tank to above where we received it. I have a receipt I was charged a refuel fee and for 7 gallons of gas. I wrote an email protesting but received no response. I am very upset about this, and am going to go down there and protest vigorously

Always good customer service
They sent me on the road with an auto trailer with 4 bald and defective tires. Had a blowout on interstate 95 in Georgia and waited 2.5 hours for repair. Then he only brought 2 tires when I told the dispatcher and repair guy that the trailer needed 4. Then waited 2 more hours for the other 2 to be replaced by a second repairman. Very dangerous blowout and waiting on side of busy I 95 for several hours. NOT HAPPY!

Truck I reserved and paid for was not available. I had a one way reservation, they only had local trucks available, on my reservation it said that if the truck wasn't in, I'd get $50 never received it off bill. Furious. I'll use a different rental truck company next time.
The side mirrors are hard to see from I'm not sure anything can be done about that though
I ordered the truck from one location and reservation was sent to another . Also Ensure what the customers order are in the truck I ordered a doll which was not in the truck making my move very difficult.. I called to extend rental 2 hours and they wanted to charge me 75 dollars extra that's practically the cost for a full day
Both me & my son couldn't get into the uhaul site on our cell phone where it stated to return the truck. It seem the uhaul site wasn't working at all. I took a picture if the odometer & gas just in case & put the keys in the slot.
