MICHAEL PThey truly deserve a five star rating for what happened the day before my drop off because they helped me out when I lost my key the day before the drop off and had some issues with a gentlemen locksmith but they made sure to get me up and going with half the cost so shout out to db rental guys that work there they came earlier then scheduled time with the key already made and a plan that wouldn't cost the company anymore money then necessarily needed and within 10 minutes of being there the truck was ready to go!! So truly awesome works man ship on both uhauls and db rentals side!!

JEFFREY WMy only disappointment was that you have piano dollies but no ramps (not part of the trailer) to get the organ into the house. I luckily have a bunch of sons and grandsons and they just picked it up and carried it into the house.
VAL LWe needed a truck in a super pinch (our ladder and tiller didn't fit in our cars, we were closing on our home the next day, and it was 6:56pm and the store closes at 7pm). I called, and the kind person working told me she would stay open until I got there. We were able to rent a small truck to move a couple of things and return it that same night. She was super helpful and I'm super grateful we were able to make it all work!
VIRGINIA WThe lady that runs the place was super rude to me because I have tattoos she acted like I was not allowed to be there the next day I came it was really embarrassing and I would never recommend this location she acted as if I was stealing and I don’t like that at all she said did you check In and I had all on the key pads and she didn’t go check she said was just super rude

In August our driver Cecelia was thoroughly professional and knew how to handle ALL of the delivery equipment (box van, semi, donkey) necessary to traverse a difficult Wyoming mountain delivery. Despite a snafu with dispatch, Cecelia and Julie worked together well to get our Unboxes delivered safely to our home. Our friends and neighbors who helped us unload the boxes were as thoroughly impressed with their can-do attitude and kindness as we were.
Cecelia HI rent a Uhaul every year to transport items for our company party. They are all easy to work with and very helpful. I love this location!

brady a | Expérience généraleUpon arrival Amber was helping another customer but notified me I'd be helped shortly. She explained she was new and very overwhelmed but friendly. The U-Haul app would have been more helpful if it was properly functioning. I wasn't able to complete the check-in fully simply because it kept timing out. I got all the way through on the app to the alternate contact information. Amber didn't have much knowledge of the app even though she encouraged me to use it. Amber added alternate contact information multiple times and it appeared on my receipt afterwards as something different from what I had told her. Minor errors, nothing major but the information remains incorrect. It also occurred to me a few hours later that I wasn't provided a lock which was mentioned in a text message that I would receive a lock for completing the check-in online. After moving everything into the storage unit, I also noticed a couple trying to cut a lock with bolt cutters a few rows over from me. I called the general U-Haul number to let them know but nothing appeared to be done. For all I know, it could have been their own lock but it did appear odd. The next day I returned to be helped by Patricia the manager. I mentioned I didn't receive a lock and her response was questioning assuming there should have a been a lock left in the unit. The only thing in my unit was a rat trap. There was not and we ended up using our own lock the night before. What I should have mentioned to Patricia at the time was that while Amber tried to be helpful, really didn't have a ton of information and deferred to the app to answer my questions. Patricia appeared to be working alone, quite busy and didn't entertain any of my additional questions because I think she was under the impression I shouldn't have received the free lock. I did not mention the incorrect information on the alternate contact, the couple trying to cut the lock, or the fact that the app doesn't work. (It was also very difficult to complete the check-out of the truck on the app because each new screen would time out.) Overall I used U-Haul because it's what I have used in the past, and was encouraged by the incentives of the one-way service, which included my first month free on the storage unit. In my opinion, the knowledge and service of the Broadway location could be improved but it wasn't my worst customer service experience. I would be happy to discuss any of my comments with U-Haul staff if a response is received. Merci.

I never was suggested to buy a lock even though they were offered in uhaup store. I heard I should buy locks from helpers loading my truck. Then had to run all over to find one that fit right. Then i had a scare when the truck began lurching backwards and forwards. I Called roadside to be told ultimately that without an address they could not help. What?! Uhaul customer service is an after thought w their employees. It wasn't until I reached my Destination that one employee seemed to have it together. I wasn't impressed overall.

A month later, I rented 1621 and the alarm would go off every time I opened it so I removed my lock and belongings from 1621 this week (early again) and called office staff to try to resolve why I keep receiving late notices for 1313 and they said i was paid.

dylan m | Expérience généraleNo matter how many times I had to call and try and get them to fix my feeling date they for some reason I could never fix my correct filling date from the actual time I moved in every month I got a late fee because they couldn’t correct this I found locks on my storage for no reason I was completely paid in full and they still put a lock on my storage in apologized many times for their constant mistakes I was promised a month free by the manager for all of the household come to find out she then told me that she never told me that I definitely would never recommend this facility there an organized they don’t know what they’re doing and it is a constant headache do not store your stuff here save yourself from the problems

SILA T | Expérience généralei really enjoyed having my storage unit here. i liked the side door and access card, as well as a pin just in case i forgot my card at home. the only complain i have , is that sometimes the isle my unit was on would be filled on both sides to the top with someone else’s stuff. it would cover up lots of doors if not all of the doors in the isle. also, there wouldn’t be carts sometimes when i need it so i would have to walk around the whole building trying to find one. there is also a lady up front with blond hair; i’m not sure of her name , but she is not nice. to most people she would be. however, to my boyfriend and i, she would always have a negative attitude and not very helpful. there is a hispanic lady that helped me set up my unit when i first got it , and she was really nice and helpful whenever i talked to her. overall , it was a good experience having a unit there, knowing it’s secure with an alarm and a good lock.
