I was going to do an additional rental but didn't because of his attitude, rudeness, and being unprofessional. I won't use this location again. Plus he tried to over charge me. The truck wasn't even cleaned.

I made a reservation to pick up a truck and a car hauler at this location they told me when I arrived I had to pickup the truck and one location then drive 20 miles to pick up the car hauler, which counts towards the mileage. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!! And the customer service representative was very rude.

jeffery thomasThe service rep did not do a walk around the vehicle before we took it out. But, when we brought it back he did a very nit picky close inspection and somehow found a pin size crack in the windshield. My husband did not notice it because the vehicle windshield was not clean and it was not noticable. The service rep charged us $75 for the small nick and I believe it was already there. If your company want to charge insurance, which we had, and still charge for a windshield nick, then you all should at lease have you reps walk around the vehicle before it leaves the lot. No we are not satisfied with your company and we will not send anyone to you. In fact we will tell them to not use this company because it's a rip off.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Polite & patient. They ungrudgingly got large heavy items through small doors. They unassembled and disassembled my over sized medical bed. Very nice team and would recommend them to anyone.

I went and paid June 104. 00 dollars. I said write on my receipt when next month is due 7-24-2023. The next week I got another bill for June for 104 saying I will be locked out of my unit unless the bill is paid. So we moved it out. Thank you.

William Joyner | Expérience généraleThe original storage was reserved for the Mendenhall location. I pick the truck up and they say they don't have a storage available. So I ask the worker if she can call another store. She did and Lamar had 1 climate control available. I go to Lamar and the unit smells like mildew from the rat poison materials they put down. I had to take any items that were clothing, cloth and mattresses to place in a friend's garage in fear that they would be damaged beyond repair. This is totally frustrating as it was a Sunday and close to closing time. They need to maintain their units wit an odorless product. My movers were having reactions from being in the unit any length of time.
