I was charged twice and now my account is overdrawn, the guy at the counter told me that I couldn't drop the truck off at a different location, he also told me to bring 25 dollars back with me when I drop the truck off because he was going to do me a favor. I said no I'm good but he was very unprofessional.

Great experience. Actually left my wallet in the truck. Got a call from uhaul about a wallet and it was mines. The same young man that processed me in is the guy that called me. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn't accept it. Mentioned that tipping him for great service is acceptable but not for doing the right thing. I guess he had enough pretty gold in his mouth. What a decent young man. Jessie Tharpe is the name on my receipt.

Better customer services in pm hours! A young gentleman with gold teeth telling me about I didn’t fill the gas tank and to give him $10 and he’ll make my bill lower but he didn’t lower my bill and I kind of felt like I got scammed but being that I had been in the rain moving stuff I had no energy to argue but overall a good experience!

First trailer that I was assigned had running lights not working. This was only found after hooking it up to my truck. Could have saved everyone time if the trailer had been tested beforehand.

You advertise an open trailer that is 6' x 12". However, the ramp gate is not 6' wide. Therefore, the item I was purchasing and hauling did not fit in the trailer since it could not be picked up. It was a UTV which was 60.6 inches wide. Therefore, the trailer did not work. When I called to explain, your response was: Did you measure the back of the trailer? My response was no since you advertised the trailer as 6x12. Pitiful customer service.

I think the closeout document could be much improved. I would like to see a receipt that reflects the date, time, and mileage of equipment out AND in along with the final price paid. The people and service at this location were outstanding. Love using you guys!

when I picked up the trailer it was not the trailer that had the correct numbers on the trailer I rented...It was corrected at the drop off location. Staff was courteous but not enough help.
