Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, didn't recognize how to use the app, or understand how I made a reservation without talking to somebody using the app. Equipment was not ready, paperwork was not filled out correctly or electronic paperwork I should say the logs from what they had and what I started over two different things including fuel tried to overcharge me for fuel when I had a picture when I left I had to show them of the miles and the fuel upon leaving the station. Felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of thank you

For the people that don't have a credit they should be able to leave a deposit for the pick up truck and van's,the same as their aloud to leave deposit for trucks.not every one has credit card or bank card.i rent there alot put $100.deposit ,but yesterday they won't do it that way for van,I had to go get my son-in-law to use his bank card so u could rent the van.

Ebony, at this location was great, she really knows her job very impressed and as we were leaving we noticed how hard she was doing her job...give that lady a raise or promotion or a weeks paid vacation, something besides a pay on the back, it's Ben a long time since I seen someone who knows their job and serves with a smile. Ebony got us checked in and out so fast made my head spin lol. Everyone there was kind , friendly and hard at work bravo to them all made my move sooo much better and the lot was well organized and clean...thanks.

I made an online reservation for a trailer from 4PM on Sunday to 4PM on Monday. I showed up at 3:15 to pick up the trailer and you guys tried to charge me for two days! It took two clerks to figure out what was going on. I'm glad that I was paying attention or you would have screwed me out of $32. So, either fix your stupid computer system to allow for early arrivals or train your staff to recognize what is going on.

We were treated very poorly and met with an incredible attitude when returning the vehicle. This happened to us in the past with the same associate and we gave the benefit of the doubt and returned. That will not happen again. I would most certainly not recommend this location. Their lack of customer service and poor attitude are truly deplorable.

The entire car was Slippery with an oil based spray that smelled horrible. Had to spend hours cleaning it to even begin moving. All my boxes smell like bug spray. I got woozey from even driving with the windows open.

This is in regards to the Return After Hours... NO I don't want to install the U-Haul. App...It would be Nice just to go to UHaul.com to do the Return After Hours with out the Drama...

Pick up of truck wad slow. One of the employees had an "attitude" when I asked some questions. Truck steering was bad. Kind of like driving a toy car at an amusement park. Wandered all over the place.

Checking out returned equipment after hours was difficult. I was told to download the app via the QR code on my invoice. I did this, but there was no option to check out my returned trailer as a guest. I had to set up an account...not a major issue, but I spent several minutes trying to find an option to checkout before finally deciding to create an account. Once I created an account, I found the link to checkout after hours. However, the link would take me another page and then go no further. I tried this for several minutes before it finally worked. Then while checking out the app froze up on me while I was on step 5 of 5. The whole time I had 5 bars of cell phone coverage. App is glitchy and cost me at least 10 minutes. The 5 step process of checking out on the app was actually extremely simple and a great feature. It's just getting to this point on the app that was confusing.

My hitch was not installed. The manager was not able to accommodate my schedule. I am making other arrangements to have a hitch installed and I would not recommend any one to have a hitch installed at this U-Haul facility

The dolly, that was rented, was never secured in the back, and I could hear it falling all over the place as I drove. The "engine light" was on the entire time. I abhor the "recommend" question from all companies.

Storage has roaches. They offer insurance but can't be used to submit claim to damages in unit, GM mark is a liar. Make false promises they can be verified through email but don't follow through so u are backed into a corner where the only chouce u have is to abandon and they still bill you. Staff will steal from your unit. Gm won't play back cameras,staff rude, staff tell oth e staff business. If you call corporate they care less. I will also be sharing my review on Google with email conversations with Mark on Google. Make sure they know what ya did to a single disabled veteran with 3 disabled children. Sold our unit with our family photos and personal data for 30 bucks after the Gm lied Said he would help move before i left the state. Tool advantage after I started having heart issues. In the Bible it says vengeance is mine saidth the lord. God bless

A Very friendly and efficient woman checked me in and handled the paperwork. The work (bumper hitch installation) was completed much faster than expected and promised. The gentleman in the shop who did the installation completed the work very quickly-but must have been having a bad day because he acted like I was bothering him by being there.

This location works well due to a fantastic GM! Mark gets it right even when things go wrong. I am a twice per month renter and have to pick up at 6am to get food for a local distribution. He wakes up early, reviews records from the evening before and making sure all is well. He has saved the day more than once and really makes life work at this location. Everyone is polite and easy to work with. Thank you Mark and co at Kamms corners U-Haul for helping us feed folks on the west side of Cleveland!

Your employee was genuinely horrible to deal with. For someone who stands at a counter and has to deal with customers every so often, and never to the extent of having a line out the door, you'd think they'd have a bit of a better attitude. Having spent a good amount of time in customer service, especially fast-paced, high volume businesses, it's pretty sad to see someone with such an easy job be so miserable to deal with

Upon return of the vehicle and sitting in the driver's seat, the checker came and opened the back of the truck and checked it. Then came up to me exiting the vehicle, and said her phone to complete the check in was frozen. She asked if I would accept an email of final check in after her phone was working again. I agreed and left. Received the final receipt which showed a charge for using the Utility Dolly, which we never used. They claim the green seal had been broken, which the checker never mentioned upon checking.

Many vehicle problems that you can't realize until it drives. Poor wipes, bad alignment, dirty storage area, the app doesn't work, and it tried to double charge me.

Once again, not enough parking spots at this location. The return experience on the app is a nuisance. There's too many steps. An employee just told us to leave the keys in the truck and leave, but I had go inside to confirm whether I needed to finish the process on the app or not.

Not only did the front desk guy hit on me when I have showed up multiple times with my boyfriend, the building, specifically the insulation in the storage unit roof was rapidly degrading. None of the staff knew what they were doing besides the manager. I always felt watched and judged by the lower staff as well. Also my key card never worked so I had to get a code to even begin to access my storage unit.

I made a few mistakes on my reservation and they didn't get fux correctly at first. But they finally did. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The individual units aren't particularly well lighted. I needed a flashlight to see well. I want to say thank you to Mark for helping me recently with a flat tire on my car. He put air in the tire which allowed me drive far enough to get the tire repaired.

Very expensive for a 5x5 unit! I was on the second floor and didn't like how there was no ramp or elevators. I was surprised it wasn't heated, made moving during the winter months very unpleasant.

Cockroaches, understaffed, staff that didn't seem to care. Took forever to get checked in because they were so understaffed. If this wasn't a temporary solution, then I would have changed my mind and gone elsewhere.

I think my biggest issue with the facility was that the main security door that required a 4 digit pass code to enter, could be pulled open with a moderate tug on the door. Otherwise it met most of our needs, but for that reason alone, I'd likely recommend some where else.

Wanted staff to stay mindful of customers in the store and being aware of what's going on so mishaps such as storage units won't be given away by mistake. Other than that, my family was thankful that something was worked out to help move in process.

When I reserved the unit they said it was on the first floor I'm disabled and when I got there and ready to move in with all my stuff it was on the second floor with 10 steps and no elevator and I'm disabled , when I rented a truck there the manager didn't know how to split payment onto two credit cards, I had to call customer service to have it done. Won't to back there !!

the only thing bad was the fact that I had to buy a lock from Uhaul even though I had my own, I was told we had to use theirs in case they needed cut off...well, all locks can be cut off.

Clerk was helpful, and got my storage locker easy after having the FIRST one I chose did not participate in the FIRST MONTH FREE. Disappointed I then had to BUY a lock, when I already had one.
