Finally 4 mins later a man walked out front door and said they were closed. Kept pointing to door sign, and yelling at us that they were closed. He walked away. Finally a female came out. She had to address us cause I had her car blocked in. She took our keys, unhooked the trailer and moved the rental truck and put and put keys in lock box. The male employee was a prick and should be fired. The female was professional, and got the job done in less than 5 minutes.

JOSEPH ASFOURUnit was fine except I payed extra for climate control and it wasn't. In the summer my unit got to 91 f . I mentioned it to the staff and the guy was just kinda like uhhh idk and shrugged it off. Disappointing, I went with uhail cause I thought it was a trusted name.

There was some kind of stain on the concrete floor. The unit seem kind of beat up. I don't have any disputes and I'm still leaving my belongings there.

Peter Pinho | Expérience généraleThis location needs to be remodeled and a better air system installed. There were roaches in the building and the unit. The place smells like an old wet sock. There we large baits setup in the hallway to catch other critters. After moving out I had to dispose of pillows that has absorbed the musty smell, disinfected my clothes and wash everything trying to get rid of the smell. There are no carts available here either for customer use, so moving in/out is overly taxing.

My location, apparently, had something, wrong and couldn't, go back out, so I was switched to a location 30 miles away, both ways, I should have received a discount for my inconvenience, I am waiting for a phone call, since I was told it takes 48 hours for a district manager to respond back, and that was Saturday, it is now close to the end of Tuesday, 48 hours, no phone call!!!!!
Dennis SecorI have not had time to write this before now but I have to acknowledge the excellent customer service of Kayla. A couple weeks ago I called this location looking for a trailer because I was in the middle of a move and found the truck wasn't big enough. The location did not have the size I needed but Kayla offered to make an outreach to see if someone else in the area had one. It was shortly after that I received a call letting me know a trailer had been located nearby and it was reserved for me. I can't thank Kayla enough for helping out during this stressful time. I recently moved out of a storage unit and absolutely no problems with that either. I would recommend this location to anyone for storage or equipment rental

Debra GroffThere is a distinct musty smell that is permeating the storage facility where the interior units are located. The entire place needs an overhaul. The AC units are inadequate for the space they're in and there is no visible place to turn on the fans and it's Florida. There are no carts to use. There are large rodent poison traps all over the floor. This place is subpar and the worst storage facility I have ever used. I'm sure my things will be ruined , possibly infested with critters, and in need of dry cleaning to get rid off the smell that will absorb into everything.

Randall MilesWe have used this location multiple times for trailer rentals(under my husband's name,). I recently rented a storage unit I explained to the man sitting behind the desk I would like it under my name handed him my license, credit card and gave him my email and emergency contact information. I confirmed automatic payments would be set up. The account was set up under my husband's name auto payment was never set up I was told "we have lots of complaints about that" I would think so customers are being charged because your system is a fail. I was issued a late payment in addition a lien was placed assessing additional fees. I came in to closed out my account I asked that he confirmed my contact information he read me my husband's #. They infact contacted my husband (currently going through a separation imagine if my situation was dangerous what would of happened) I asked for the manager she wasn't available. I asked for the fees to be removed he couldn't do that. I closed my account a few weeks ago my husband received an email stating your next bill is due June 25th. When I called the same guy said oh I do see it's still open. Just wow?!! I am very disappointed with this experience. This is concerning! You've got to do better!

We made the reservation for a 20-foot truck. We left her office and when she find out that the truck couldn't be used and one just like it was not available at her location, she call Us and gave Us information about another location if we decide or want to stay with the 20-foot truck. She provide Us and gave Us and offered an alternative of a 26-foot truck at her location. It is great to know that still businesses that provide good customer service, have good people and they show all the time that they care.

Unfortunately when I was returning the trailer I rented, his manager from his normal location called him on his cellphone. The manager didn't seem to understand that he might have customers waiting, and only let him off of the phone when the store phone rang. It also was a bit condescending of the manager to call the store phone while he was on the guys cellphone, just to make sure he was in the store. I was in the store when the man's cellphone rang, the store phone hadn't rang, but the manager didn't seem to believe the employee. I'm in a customer facing job myself, and I can tell you that is a very toxic trait in a manager. Once again, not this locations manager, but the one where this employee was filling in from...

Iliana Pacheco | Expérience généraleWhen I got into the vehicle the windows were filthy making it hard to see. Then the low tire light was on and all 4 tires needed air. The pressure was at 21 on 1 tire and 35, 41 and 46. I had to stop and put air in all 4 tires. Then I noticed while driving on the highway that the vehicle was not shifting properly and the transmission sounded like it was having a hard time shifting. I had to make the rest of my trip driving in manual. When I arrived at my storage location to clean it out, I could smell the brakes like they were sticking. This vehicle had 130 000 miles and felt like it was on its last leg. I use uhaul all the time and have never had a van so unsafe.

My mattress luckily was wrapped in plastic. And I had a lot of items in totes but there was more mice poop or rat poop that unit I've ever seen. When the movers came they took pictures and I called the attendant on duty who said the manager was on their way in and would come to my unit in 10 minutes but she never did

Lift up, These units almost impossible to do this and when lifting the door up it would get stuck half way. I explain this to personal and they agree some units are difficult to get into.

Unfortunately the unit at this facility was not a 10x20, it was two 10x10s with the divider removed. This would not give access to the vehicle to be stored. After asking for a solution, none was given.

Only to find the unit we were rented had a personal lock on it. It was an occupied unit. The uhaul employee (Chandler) told us he found a unit at another uhaul. It was less convenient location but now we are stuck. We drove to this location, only to find it was two 10x10s with the divider wall removed. There was no way to get the car into this style unit. After a lengthy conversation with customer service, we were told there is no units available and nothing else she could do for me. So we drove for hours back home with the car still on the uhaul trailer. Wife and I took a day off of work, spent money on a rental, extra gas to take my classic car on a tour of Florida. Shame on Uhaul for their unreliable reservation system. SHAME on Uhaul for their lack of resolution for their failures!

During a worldwide pandemic, when people lost their jobs and were struggling to keep food on the table, UHaul never waived any late fees in fact we were assessed a fee for Lien notification. I called in to try and resolve and they said that there was nothing they could do. Very sad during these difficult and confusing times.
