Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad issues with rats a few times in the 4yrs of storage. Only 1 time was the bait asked about. No food of any kind did I store
Chris G | Expérience généraleDealing with this U-haul location was the BEST experience I dealt with while visiting Florida ! EVERY aspect of the business was run extremely well...Clean, friendly staff, management structured well...All the needs of whatever was needed was provided for, along with security for your storage...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using U-Haul Moving & Storage At Moon Lake 10601 State Rd 52 P.S. Thank you, Chad, Beverly & Roger for all you did 👍
Kandy n | Expérience généraleGood service, quick rental. The only issue was the location map. We had to walk around and find the unit a very long walk in 90° because the map is so confusing and makes no sense.
Roger M | Premières impressionsAll moved out thank you for your service.
bret e | Expérience généraleThe staff always helped me when I needed help.
Eda s | Expérience généraleIt was really dirty, the ceiling was falling apart EVERYWHERE, my stuff was full of bugs and I could tell rats had been in there, definitely not worth the price I was paying, guy at front desk was helpful though
Kayli M | Expérience généraleNo lighting in unit. Otherwise it was clean and secure. No bugs. Manager was very helpful
Marie C | Expérience généraleThe man there was awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. Great guy and place. Only complaint was need a bigger place for trailer returns to make easier to return it. But the guy was remarkably helpful in guiding me to back it up
CARRIE S | Déménagement en ligneIt took a little while, which I'm not mad about. But they delivered it but I never got it.. I'm thinking it was delivered to the wrong house
Michelle M | Expérience généraleWas run down and smelled terrible in office. Needs to torn down. Terrible condition
Larry P | Expérience généraleJust need to be fumigated for bugs inside my unit
trust l | Expérience généraleMy brother had a storage unit there for many years. For several years they were fraudulently charging the payment to my personal account. With no written permission and no authorization by me. I am preparing to sue them for two and a half years of rental charges charge to my private bank account without my authorization. Caution caution caution they commit fraud.
andrew p | Expérience généraleLove William and all the information and attention he gave me. Super nice!
Eda s | Premières impressionsVery friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of a U-Haul or storage unit!
NICOLE B | Premières impressionsmy storage unit was overrun by mice and silverfish, the mice chewed through numerous boxes ruining the contents. when I notified an employee they stated that nothing could be done until I moved out. You have office hours posted on the door but often there is no one there. If you are going to post you're hours of operation at least have someone there! I'm not a happy customer.
jerry b | Expérience généraleThe staff are wonderful and always helpful to your needs.
