Offer vehicle without crack windshield (bugs and bird crap) and passenger door that closes properly. Starting with less than a 1/4 tank of fuel; first stop...fuel. After 50 miles, the tires finally rounded enough to feel like we were no longer riding on the rims. Overall performance was fine, it got the job done.

The team at the Mt Juliet location is always friendly, helpful & efficient. The only problems I have encountered are the In flexibility of the corporate computer system. It went down on Thursday and I had to pay movers for their time for nothing, well, nothing and a waste of my own time & money as well. Many transactions are limited by, your software. And corporate policy. I've had multiple moves and, in a move, receipts get misplaced. You don't allow refunds on unused boxes without a receipt. Period. So all those separate transactions, on the same credit card I've used there for hundreds of dollars, you can't locate in your system and apply a refund. That's lame as hell. It's industry standard for a company your size, especially when you have customer accounts & U-Haul apps, on our phones and you still demand users do your bookkeeping for you. Then the system crash, where you lost 4 customers just in that one store in the time I was there on Thursday. No manual process, no front end process that could post to the central database when it was up again. BAD design! 30 years in IT and I haven't seen such a fragile system in years. Also, just in general, several times I've done transactions where the agents will tell me: "The system won't let me do this/that/the other thing" that it should be able to do. It can't find me with my name, email, phone, or order, under some scenarios. I think you need to take a hard look at your systems. Your people at the rental locations generally do a great job. Corporate IT seems to be hampering their work, not aiding them.

Exceeded expectations. In the truck and on my way in less than 5 minutes and the return process took less than 3 minutes. Everyone at the UHaul store was extremely helpful and friendly even though I returned the truck at closing time. Overall, a great stress free experience.

The personnel at both locations were very courteous, professional, and helpful. Kudos. However, you shouldn't have to add the U-Haul App to your phone in order to resize the receipt. It was microscopic on my phone and not legible without a magnifying lens.

I needed to purchase some supplies for packing and moving. One thing I purchased was a lock for the truck. I didn't know until we were leaving town that the lock didn't fit. It was a lock more suited to a storage locker. Had to make a stop at a retail store to buy another lock. I feel the folks at the rental location could have asked what the lock was for (truck or storage) and then could have recommended an alternative. $12 wasted. In all other areas they were quite helpful.

The service at this location is top-notch, friendly, and professional. They also try to go out of their way to help meet my needs. Unfortunately, however, I continue to have issues with the app check-in to return equipment. If I search for a location "near me" it recognizes the location... but returning equipment, it then says it cannot find my location -- despite it being shared without restriction. I tried numerous times to no avail before finally giving up. (Yes it was updated.) There were two other people also having issues when trying to pick up at that same time.

No improvements, they were very accommodating and everything was the way it should be. When my piece of equipment was not available, they upgraded me to a different one at the same price which I thought was nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is so important and they were wonderful.

There was next to no effort to clean the snow off the truck, the truck was located in the back behind the store and I was told to go find it myself, which I said no to. The guy then tried to make nice but I was already annoyed enough. When I returned it the kid working the return got real political real fast with his small talk, then went on a misogynistic rant about women and their driving skill. Jeez

I was told several times by an employee the first month rental on a storage unit was free but when it come down to it they charged me for that first month I had rented a 5x5 for one day and upgraded to a 5x10 the next they charged me for a full month on both of them I talked to the manager he said he would take care of it and see I got credited but I did not so watch what they tell you besides that the places are real nice place

The staff was dismissive upon move in. It seemed to be an hassle for them to do their job and it was not a good experience. I left feedback about that but received no response. The staff was also and pushy, rude, and overall unfriendly upon move out. Not 45 minutes after the last of my items were out did I receive multiple, back to back calls asking to process my move out. I paid through 12/6, my items were moved out on 11/13. I did not appreciate the rush to vacate my unit during work hours interrupting a meeting for a non-emergent issue. I do not recommend this location.

I made a truck rental and storage reservation online. I confirmed with U-Haul customer service that I would receive the free month of storage upon move in for the month 10/6-11-5 even though my truck reservation was for a future date, 12/1. Upon move in I was curtly informed that that was not the case and it was explained to me in a quite juvenile manner by a staff member at the storage location that that was not the case. Since I am on a time crunch for my move I did not have the ability to shop around for another option. I feel that U-Haul was deceptive in its promise but more than that I feel that customer relations should be worked on for this staff member as they did not have to speak down to me as if I did t have a brain.

The door to the unit was bent and therefore not as secure without something in the unit behind the door to block it from being lifted. I was able to do that from the day I arrived, so it was not an issue! They said they would have it repaired once I moved out. I reminded them when I moved out and they said they would be taking care of it for the next guest. Everything about our experience was great and they worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed!

I have never had a positive experience at Uhaul, unfortunately. At my recent visit, I waited half an hour before someone was able to help me. The staff lack communication and customer service skills. As well, the terms of business were not clearly explained to me, resulting in a surprise charge on my card.

The motion sensor lights in the hallway need to stay on longer. If you are in your unit and the hallway lights go off it's dangerous trying to get out to the hall to get the lights to come back on if you are packing/unpacking as you can't see since the individual units aren't lit.

The unit alarm went off when I opened it. I went to talk to a manager to see of that were a normal thing, the uhaul team locked the doors. The police showed up later to see what was happening I was being criminalized for opening the door to a unit I paid for two days before. There has been no cancelation notice up to this time, and still yet to recieve any. I am currently considering legal action for the distress, defamation, breach of contract, and humiliation. I have never received such a unprofessional service in my life.

I would recommend anyone looking for a safe place to store your belongings at this facility, they have really friendly staff and they walked me through the move in process and they do provide locks that are inexpensive. Unfortunately, I do have to give it a one star rating due to when I was moving out an employee charged me on "accident" for 3 fee's totaling 80$. I was on the phone with them as they made this error, they ended up calling over a manager whom stated they didn't know what the charge was for. The employee then stated they "may" have checked the 3 boxes that added those fee's. We ended the call with pretty much there is nothing that can be done because it has already processed on their end. I then received a call back from the manager shortly after, he said he contacted corporate and they also stated there was nothing that could be done because I had already moved out of the unit and it had already processed on their end. The manager said unfortunately I would still be charged regardless of their mistake and they "may" be able to refund me or "something". I immediately locked my cards, and I am waiting to see if they proceed with charging me. I do not usually write reviews but when I do, I try to be as honest as possible. I really did enjoy my stay at this location, just really unprofessional that nobody could correct their mistakes. At the end of the day I am still extremely happy to say I was confident in trusting this facility to hold my belongings. And I realize people make mistakes! So, no need for an all negative review it deserves the good too. :)

Looked online Sunday and seen 10x10 units available. Went to facility. 2 lazy employees said there were no 10x10s available and "pulled a report" to verify. Went back out to my vehicle, got online, and rented the 10x10 unit that I wanted while sitting in the parking lot. Did their job for them, maybe they should share their paycheck.

Mt Juliet Uhaul is run well. The staff is great, some are young you get some non sense with that, but overall it was a pleasure to do business there. Adam Cash helped me with returning furniture pads and getting refunded, I appreciate hiw he handled that. 5 stars.

My only complaint is it is very difficult to communicate with the location. When you call the number, it transfers to the 800# which is typically unable to help with your call. You should be able to contact the location directly and only speak to the direct location.

Renting a truck here was no issue. Being told a storage space was available at the time the reservation was made and later finding out that, not only was the unit no longer available, there was no way of knowing when one would be ready threw a massive wrench in our moving day. Why allow reservations to be made and ask for a date that a unit would be needed if there are no units available? Fortunately the team managed a workaround and getting a unit secured but I can't imagine everyone being so fortunate in the future.

Office hours were convenient, but not always staffed to help. 3-4 guys in bay area while customers waited in store for help. Or, 2-3 guys helping with rental jobs, but no one manning the store. However, I know help is hard to come by, but when you have 3-4 guys in the garage or 3guys helping with a rental truck while regular paying customers are sitting inside waiting for help, it gets annoying. However, guys were always helpful and pleasant when you finally got service. I just want to go back in time when ppl who paid monthly for services got customer service within a reasonable time (is 15 mins too much to ask when 3-4 ppl are with someone else, and you're left standing with no help?

The only problem I had was there was a couple of weeks when I couldn't get in because I thought I'd lost my key and I couldn't find what I needed to unlock my lock. When I finally called to arrange to have it cut off, I was told that a new lock had been put on my unit and no one told me until then.

First, they gave me a unit that already had someone elses belongings inside and then issued me a new storage space. THAT space was empty, but they forgot to add that to my account so they locked my box up. Had to chat with them about that issue for nearly a half hour trying to get THAT squared away. Then the truck I rented to haul my toolbox had a door that kept popping open, and if it wasnt for a friendly driver on the road, I could have spilled everything out that wasnt tied down and/or killed someone. Truck had a cracked windscreen. Not a biggie, but I had to explain it away after the fact. After that, they neglected to close my account when I returned the vehicle as the unit was now empty. Now I keep getting rent reminders and charges added to a unit that I turned in 1 month ago. So you tell me how my experience was.

The overhead door/garage door was bent and off the track at the bottom. It got to the point that I could not open it all the way up, nor could I close it. I complained and a member of the staff worked on it and got it closed. I returned several days later and the door was still bent and water was dripping down on my quilting machine. I asked to see the manager, and was told he wasn't there. I left a message for him to call me….he never did. So I moved out to another storage company down the road.

Having the storage unit at the same location as the van rental made our move much more efficient. We unloaded the moving van into our storage unit and didn't have to worry about taking the van to be dropped off...we were already there!

Your staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Our house was impacted by tornado last year in Mt Juliet TN. This location gave us a month free up front. Our repairs.took much longer than anticipated. I'm happy to say that 15 months later I would definitely recommend this location. Although our unit wasn't air conditioned, our items were all in terrific shape. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family.

Rude and unhelpful, wouldn't answer questions, if I treated customers the way I was treated I wouldn't have any. Will avoid uhaul in the future, left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to another storage place close by and they were very helpful, had a bigger unit for less money and provided an overall excellent experience.

Upon arrival, unit had not been swept out and dead roaches were present. Staff did let me borrow a broom to sweep out. During our near 2 month stay, we caught one roach, which is not bad at all, but also caught one mouse, which I'm glad the wife didn't see. I felt the facility was secure, but punching in a code every time between trips in the truck was a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad experience.

While the gentleman who helped me reserve my unit was very helpful and friendly, the one who moved me out was unfortunately not. His answers were short and he didn't seem to want to be bothered. He was very unenthusiastic about his job. I've used this facility before and could have sworn there was a proration of rent if you moved out early; yesterday while I was mid-question, he cut me off saying "they don't prorate." It's frustrating because we were just billed roughly 3-5 days ago and basically had the whole month left. That part isn't his fault but his attitude and delivery of information to customers could use some attention.

Our rental unit was not swept,out, had dead cockroaches, and mouse droppings in the well of an interior wall. I was was expecting a lot more, as far as cleanliness from "indoor climate controlled" storage facility. I told an employee there and he stated that he never goes into the storage units and gave me the managers card. Matter of fact the pile we swept out, was still there today. I know that the business can't control what is brought in and it's impossible to be pest free, but this unit should have been inspected before move in.

Online rental process was easy and fast. I was surprised at the cost being a little higher than expected. When I arrived, my unit had a lock on it. Luckily the manager was there and he quickly moved me to a new unit. The checkin and main door entry process was a little complicated but nothing a little practice can't help.

I lost my home at Meridian and my work at Lebanon FedEx and my daughters school. Living out of our car was so hard to organize. Unit assigned had a lock on it. After hours and did not have an access code. Had to call customer service number and had to put things in a different unit without a lock.

After 11 yrs, I finally emptied my unit yesterday I brought my broom & dustpan expecting a lot of debris to clean up. There were no spider webs, no bug carcasses or mice poop. Just a little dust.

The original staff was very unprofessional. They judged female customers appearances and were very obvious in doing so. It was very hard to get a hold of the manager. extremely frustrating!
