Edward MOur experience was less than anticipated. U-haul representative could not process our reservation without assistance and took over 25 minutes to secure our vehicle. Upon return we filled the truck at a location 5,8 miles from U-Haul but got a $9 charge for not filling tank. Would recommend other truck services in the future
David qThe only issue we encountered was the 9' trailer lights did not work. The brakes & turn signal lights worked but the parking lights didn't so if someone was behind us at night they wouldn't of seen the trailer unless we hit the brakes. Very dangerous. The kid also never said "Thank you", but he was knowledgeable about the process & paperwork which went smoothly.
KATINA PThere were quite a few customers waiting and the computer system was giving them issues. They handled it well and it was out of their control but it was a longer wait for everyone for this reason.

PATRICK B | Premières impressionsMentioned to the staff multiple times that I was returning to a different location, also stated that's what I ordered online - they submitted it to the same location 40 miles away from where I was going. Additionally, there was a very bad accident near this location that delayed the return an hour and a half, which then no one was at the location. I then had to drop it at the after hours drop even though I called to let them know I would arrive 10 minutes after they close and there was not any assistance. Then they mentioned I could call their corporate customer service with the issue… if this is a large company, should run like a large company that cares at all.

laura bI have rented multiple times from this location and this is the first bad experience I had. I rented a 6x12 trailer and the door would only open about 3/4 of the way. We had to duck down loading it in and out and at the end we had a very hard time getting a kind mattress in because the door would open all the way for clearance of the mattress. Legitimately uhaul slogan is moving made easy and this was made my love 10xs harder.

Check in and check out were handled by two different individuals and the processes went without a hitch. I will definitely use this location for all my renting and storage needs in the future.

Couldn't get in our 2 while try to move out bcuz 2 didn't people blocked our unit bcuz of 2 different people moving in . I warned them that is no mouse control or the box never got cleaned out in unit . We never paid as much for a unit with No Electricity. Couldn't go in it in the evenings bcuz it was to dark . We left bcuz the price going up for matience that should've been done at No Cost to people and uncontrolled mouse problems and so much of our stuff being ruined how do you replace memories ? No I will not Refer Anyone , I feel we deserve money back for the horrible experience.

So I discovered that I had been paying taxes from January of 2021 until July of 2023! That is a great deal of money. Very disappointed!

I also rented a truck from you for 6 hours at my moving out day. The truck was very insecure and hard to control the steering wheel when moving. It was very shaky and front wheels were non aligned. It could easily cause a crash if you don't have lots of experience with truck driving

curt c | Expérience généraleI stored my boat there for a year I also payed by the year that being said my renewal date was February 22,2023 so I went and paid for the full year in March of 2023 I get a notice from u- haul that they are discontinuing storage at the north Royalton store . Im thinking that they knew this at the being of January 2023 but still let not only me pay for the full year in advance but I'm sure other people have done the same thing as I did . What a disservice u haul did to us people that pay a year in advance that in my opinion was bad business to take some money in advance then send out a notice for all of us people that stored boats, trailers , cars etc to move out by April 30 , 2023. Bad business practices for such a big company , I would not recommend using I- haul again for these purposes Shane on u- haul for not letting us know before we payed in advance . B. Blystone

Also, it does not go up well. I was spoiled with my other location. It was indoors and climate controlled. The doors moved easy. My concern going forward is how well it keeps rain and snow off the contents as it is outside.

I used this facility some years ago and it was very clean and dry. That's what made me come back, but this last time was definitely different. The ceilings in the units are peeling and leaking, my things were damp and pieces were all over. I rate the staff 5 stars Excellent but the units would have to be 2 stars right now.

The people at the customer service desk unfortunately didn't seem very educated on the process of checking in. I had a reservation to get one month free with my one way truck rental and the agent tried to charge me for it at first. Then I was told there was going to be a lock in my unit but there wasn't so I had to walk back to the office to purchase one. Overall I had a good experience I just wish the front desk office worker was a little more educated and friendly.
