My move-in went well. Unfortunately , they had no record of my reservation. I game them the reservation number [redacted]1960. I made this reservation from Florida on August 31, of this year 2026. So the contract number that you have on me NOW, is a new number. They never could find my original reservation. Obviously, the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. Aside from that screw-up, they got me into a storge unit, I unloaded the trailer, and I returned the empty trailer as the same location. Sometime I seriously wonder if you people read these reviews. Or is it just a sounding board for venting.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHolly and staff are fantastic!
CAROLYN L | Premières impressionsExpensive
Richard S | Expérience généraleEasy to book, Secured. Also all different front desk was nice and helpful.
NOMEL J | Expérience généraleConvenient to me and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Joseph M | Expérience généraleThis is the friendliest and most professional place to work with. The manager Holly and one of her employees Connor, are two exceptional employees. I had storage units and countless rentals from them over the years. Being an artist I kept my inventory in my unit and consistently rented vans or box trucks to do my shows. I have moved out of my last unit and stepping back from this work. I am grateful for every interaction I had with both of them. I even received a phone call from Holly and Connor this morning thanking me for being such a “wonderful customer”. You don’t see this kind of service and care very often. I am beyond grateful for both of them and the other employees during the 10+ years I worked with them monthly.
Liane M | Expérience généraleHolly is an excellent Manager all her people are pleasant and polite and very professional!
ANTHONY L | Expérience généraleI rented storage here for three years. I sincerely thank Holly for her constant support throughout the experience. Connor was also very helpful and pleasant during our move out.
patricia f | Expérience généraleThe way the manager is
David L | Expérience généraleThe $$ rate seemed expensive.
