Jackie L. | First ImpressionsAnything cloth which was Family Inheritance was Ruined by the mouse pee and poop . Never had a storage company out of 4 I used that didn't have mouse control. Couldn't get in our 2 while try to move out bcuz 2 didn't people blocked our unit bcuz of 2 different people moving in . I warned them that is no mouse control or the box never got cleaned out in unit . We never paid as much for a unit with No Electricity. Couldn't go in it in the evenings bcuz it was to dark . We left bcuz the price going up for matience that should've been done at No Cost to people and uncontrolled mouse problems and so much of our stuff being ruined how do you replace memories ? No I will not Refer Anyone , I feel we deserve money back for the horrible experience.
Cindy K. | Overall ExperienceI would have rated this a 5/5, however I discovered (on the very day I was clearing out my unit after 3 1/2 years) that U-haul has an option for veterans to rent without paying tax. So I discovered that I had been paying taxes from January of 2021 until July of 2023! That is a great deal of money. Very disappointed!
