I brought the trailer back two hours early. The attendant unhooked from my truck and told me I was good to go. However, he did not check in the trailer timely and I was charged a $20 late fee.

I video recorded my trailer because it had damage on it and told him it had damage on it and he told me that if it wasn't uploaded to the site I would be charged for the damage. He said my video wouldn't hold up in court. I'm sorry to tell you but my video of the damage of the trailer prior to me taking it off your lot would hold up in court and what do you guys do if somebody doesn't have a smart phone, they can't load up the damage to the website.

Ashlee helped me and it was such a great experience. She was friendly, very efficient and professional. I would recommend her location without any hesitation.

The Blonde woman with long ponytail and eyebrow piercing was completely condescending and had a miserable attitude and was rude every interaction. The woman of color who I'm assuming is the day time manager was also very rude and gave me a very hard time. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and I HIGHLY recommend a much more rigorous hiring process. Let's not even get into my filthy unit with a sticky mess in the middle of the floor and cockroaches crawling on the doors and floors in the hallway. The store front and units at 61st and Peoria in Tulsa Oklahoma are a complete disaster.

Since I have driven trucks all my life I was able to figure everything out very shortly but for those drivers who are relatively new or in experienced -- i wouldn't just hand them the keys my $60,000+ vehicle before making sure they were capable of operating. Just a suggestion.

If someone were to only agree with the picture that doesn't reveal the damage, you will be responsible for it even though your not. The lady at the desk is wonderful, very helpful. A great employee to have.

I explained beforehand that I had a king size mattress, box springs, king size headboard, a full size bunk bed and frame as well as two large U-Haul boxes and 12 small U-Haul boxes the size that I was offered for 74,95 plus insurance 82,9 was entirely too small it was half of my closet size not to mention they tried to offer a downstairs unit a smidget bigger for 154,95 that was a total inconvenience and waste of my money I spent paying movers and gas for transportation to have to find somewhere else to take my belongings and resulting in me asking for a refund. Thanks for the big inconvenience I. Don't even know why I called at 10:30 am the service I was given at 2:30 was as if I came in on short notice and not called in advance.

I realized I was not the nicest to the agent and apologized for expressing my irritation. The agent smiled and did the same and was exceptional in the end. Even went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I only tell you the first part to see that the entire experience was turned around for me. I don't want any reprimand towards the agent at all. They really should be praised for how it ended. I work as a supervisor in a retention department and would have been proud of how my agent was able to turn things around for our clients as your representative did for me. Please reach out by email if you have any additional questions but I would like to make sure the agent is praised for how well they turned my experience around.

Jorge MunozThey were supposed to open at nine and the employees did not show up till about 920. It was never mentioned to me that there would be a $20 after hours drop off charge. I also returned it right at six when they were closing, but they refused to Except the keys and told me to put them in the key box and they would take care of everything in the morning. I was supposed to have it back at 5:47, but called them about 540 to tell them I would not be back until right at six, but nobody answered the phone and it kept looping through the main choices for the four minutes I was trying to get a hold of someone. That $20 overnight drop off charge should be told upfront. And I should not have had to of paid it since I had it back right at six and they refused to take the keys.

Not to mention the hours close sooner then listed due to the crime and area. I moved out over a year ago and when I asked how to close my account I was told to send an email which I did. It has been a year and several times I have called and notified that I left state and closed out before I left, yet you keep charging me. Everytime I talk to someone, they are new. The crime is so bad that staff don't stay long so obviously messages don't get passed down. I left my keys to my lock and everything when I moved in April 2022.

Nicholas Iser | Expérience généraleWhen I first arrived, my $99 reservation was not honored. I had movers waiting on me so I had to pay $139 while no Manager was on-site to help the situation. I was also told that they did not honor the free 1st month rent after paying over $1 400 for the truck. Then once moved in I met with Mark Hartley the manager who advised that the reservation that i I had was for a 2nd story unit He said i could move into a the 2nd story unit but the 1st story unit was all ready loaded. Witch meant that I woul have to pay movers again to move at my expense. I did get a free month rent for compensation for the mix-up. In April and in June I went to the storage unit to retrieve some boxes. The Air Conditioner was out and it was over 100 degrees inside the Climate controlled unit. I made it aware to the people working there and thy advised that the AC was broken without an ETA as when it would be fixed. This happened several times. On July 28, 2022, I went back to retrieve more boxes and found the Air Conditioner leaking and had another a 1/4 of an inch of water which had gotten under the door of my unit A4190 along with other Units as well.i notified Rita working jn the office. She advised that she had told Mark Hartley about this. So I came to the unit for what I thought would be a few minutes that lasted 2 1/2 hours soaking up water out of my unit with no help from management. Jim Smith was notified and finally Mr Hartley along with Rita came to help. I only received help after asking and the only compensation I received was another free month's rent. THIS MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE ERVER EXPERIENCED. MR. SMITH DID CALL ME BACK AND I ADVISED HIM OF THIS AND HE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UHAUL AGAIN AND WILL REFER ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY FROM UHAUL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. GOODBYE UHAUL!!!!!!!!!

I live out of state and I feel so much better knowing Mark is watching over things here. He let me know immediately when someone cut my lock off my unit. He sent me pictures to help me determine if anything had been taken. And he replaced the lock on it for me. All of this was above and beyond and so helpful as I was not in a position to come back to Tulsa at the time. When I did make it back to Tulsa he took the time to walk with me to my unit to double check everything was as it should be. What could have been a nightmare to deal with was much more manageable because of the assistance of the manager Mark.
